新型职业农民农业经营状况及农业从业意愿分析——基于全国百村千民的实证分析

【摘要】：加强新型职业农民的农业经营水平,全面提高新型职业农民的农业从业素质,是我国现代农业发展和新农村建设的战略问题。为深入了解我国新型职业农民的农业经营状况及农业从业意愿,课题组对全国20个省、自治区、直辖市100个村1000多名新型职业农民进行了抽样调查。研究结果表明,在当前现代农业发展和新农村建设进程中,我国有些地区,尤其是老少边穷地区基层并未将新型职业农民培养工作落到实处,其重要意义并未被广大农民所理解,不仅大多数农民不了解也不知道先进的农业经营模式和农业从业技能;即使对已是新型职业农民培养对象中的农民,在农业生产经营和农业从业等方面也存在一定问题。推动新型职业农民发展现代农业,需要加强宣传和鼓励,提高新型职业农民农业经营和农业从业的积极性;激发新型职业农民创新经营模式,提高农业经营和农业从业的效果;加大政府扶持,切实解决新型职业农民农业经营和农业从业的顾虑。
[Abstract]:It is a strategic problem for the development of modern agriculture and the construction of new countryside to strengthen the agricultural management level of the new type of professional peasants and to improve the quality of the new type of professional peasants in an all-round way. In order to understand the situation of agricultural management and the willingness of the new type of professional farmers in China, a sample survey was carried out among more than 1000 new type farmers in 100 villages in 20 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities of the whole country. The results show that in the process of the development of modern agriculture and the construction of new countryside, some areas of our country, especially the poor and old areas, have not carried out the training work of the new type of professional farmers. Its significance is not understood by the vast majority of farmers, not only the majority of farmers do not know or know about advanced agricultural management patterns and agricultural skills, even for those who have become the object of training for new type of professional farmers, In agricultural production and operation and agricultural employment and other aspects also exist certain problems. In order to promote the development of modern agriculture, it is necessary to strengthen propaganda and encouragement to improve the enthusiasm of the new type of professional farmers' agricultural management and agricultural employment, to stimulate the innovative management mode of new professional farmers, and to improve the effect of agricultural management and agricultural employment. Increase government support, solve the concern of new type professional farmer agriculture management and agricultural practice conscientiously.
