北川羌族自治县新生代农民工返乡创业调查研究

【摘要】：新生代农民工返乡创业,不仅仅是个人及家庭成员就业和增收的好途径,更是解决农村剩余劳动力问题、破除城乡二元结构障碍、统筹城乡一体化、实现县域经济增长好方式。而我国多数民族地区处于贫困状态,随着新生代农民工的回流,借助新生代劳动力返乡创业去推进经济增长、脱离贫困,是一个深具现实意义的问题。因此,对民族地区新生代农民工返乡创业进行一定的学术研究,就显得必要而可行。本文立足民族地区北川羌族自治县新生代农民工群体,基于人力资本论、推拉理论、创业理论,通过问卷调查和实证研究的方式,对北川县新生代农民工个人及家庭状况、返乡创业意愿行为及特征、家乡创业大环境进行了描述与比较分析,对影响新生代农民工返乡创业的因素,做了二元logistic实证性分析,从而探究出新生代农民工返乡创业所面临的问题及其影响因素,并对问题产生的原因进行了分析,最后结合理论和模型,就返乡创业面临的问题提出了有针对性的对策和建议。
[Abstract]:It is not only a good way for individuals and family members to obtain employment and increase their income, but also a good way to solve the problem of surplus rural labor force, break the barrier of urban-rural dual structure, integrate urban and rural areas as a whole, and realize the growth of county economy. The majority of ethnic areas in China are in a state of poverty, with the return of the new generation of migrant workers, with the help of the new generation of labor to return home to promote economic growth, escape from poverty, is a profound practical significance of the problem. Therefore, it is necessary and feasible to do some academic research on the new generation of migrant workers returning home to start their own businesses in minority areas. Based on the new generation of migrant workers in Beichuan Qiang Autonomous County in ethnic minority areas, based on the theory of human capital, push-pull theory, entrepreneurship theory, and through questionnaire survey and empirical research, this paper analyzes the individual and family status of the new generation of migrant workers in Beichuan County. This paper describes and compares the behavior and characteristics of returning rural migrant workers to start their own businesses, and makes a dualistic logistic empirical analysis of the factors that affect the new generation of migrant workers returning to their hometown to start their own business. In order to explore the new generation of migrant workers to return to the home of the problems and their impact factors, and the causes of the problems are analyzed. Finally, combined with the theory and model, the paper puts forward some targeted countermeasures and suggestions on the problems faced by returning migrant workers to start their own businesses.
