【摘要】：在政府的支持鼓励下,昆明市都市农庄经过5年的发展逐步形成了一定的规模,也取得了一定成效,带动昆明市现代农业发展的同时也给农民提供了大量的就业机会。本文选取了昆明市五华区、西山区、富民县、晋宁县、石林彝族自治县、寻甸彝族回族自治县、东川区、呈贡区8个县区来进行分析,分析了8个县区目前都市农庄的发展状况以及存在的问题;利用空间基尼系数、行业集中度两个指标计算得出昆明市都市农庄空间布局特征,得出昆明市都市农庄整体聚集程度低,主要集中在石林彝族自治县、五华区、西山区、寻甸回族彝族自治县;进而对4个地区的都市农庄发展重点分析,从区位优势、城镇化水平、劳动力素质、经济发展、核心城市影响、政策支持6个方面分析原因,最后对昆明市都市农庄的发展提供一些政策建议,有助于把都市农庄打造成为昆明的又一个名片。
[Abstract]:With the support and encouragement of the government, the urban farm in Kunming has gradually formed a certain scale after five years of development, and has also achieved certain results, which has promoted the development of modern agriculture in Kunming City and provided a large number of employment opportunities to farmers at the same time. In this paper, eight counties, including Wuhua District of Kunming City, Xishan District, Fumin County, Jinning County, Shilin Yi Autonomous County, Xundian Yi Hui Autonomous County, Dongchuan District, Chenggong District, are selected for analysis. This paper analyzes the development situation and existing problems of urban farms in eight counties and districts, calculates the spatial distribution characteristics of urban farms in Kunming by using spatial Gini coefficient and industry concentration. It is concluded that the overall agglomeration of urban farms in Kunming is low, mainly concentrated in Shilin Yi Autonomous County, Wuhua District, West Mountain area, Xundian Hui Yi Autonomous County, and then the development of urban farms in four regions is analyzed, and the location advantages are analyzed. This paper analyzes the causes of urbanization level, labor quality, economic development, core city influence and policy support. Finally, it provides some policy suggestions for the development of urban farms in Kunming. It helps to turn the city farm into another business card for Kunming.
