【摘要】：我国是一个人口大国,又是农业大国,农业问题是直接关系到我国国家稳定和经济发展的根本问题。一个国家农业的发展程度如何直接影响国家的发展程度,农业发展情况较好,农业现代化水平较高的国家,通常可以支撑较快的经济发展速度;反之,将会对国家的整体发展构成制约,导致国家在不同经济领域的发展出现不协调的问题。改革开放对我国经济的发展起到了巨大的促进作用,但是“三农”问题仍然容不得忽视,“农业”问题更是关系着国家发展根基的问题,与庞大农民阶层的利益息息相关,因此一直是党和国家密切重视的领域。在邓小平农业思想的指导下,我国的农村经济和农业发展取得了显著的成果,相关领域的专家学者也不断加大在该领域的研究力度,研究角度涵盖了科教兴农、农业产业化、农村城镇化、探索飞跃发展的可行道路。本文以邓小平农业思想为主要的研究对象,对于我国农业的可持续发展具有重要的现实意义。本文共分为五个部分。第一部分为前言,从研究背景、研究目的、研究意义、国内外研究现状、主要内容、研究方法与创新点的角度进行了描述。第二部分为邓小平农业思想相关理论的阐述,包括邓小平农业思想的理论依据、邓小平农村改革与发展思想的介绍。第三部分为邓小平农业思想的形成与内容,从邓小平农业思想形成的历史背景、历史条件两个角度对邓小平农业思想的确立进行介绍;从粮食安全论、农业两个飞跃论、科教兴农论、共同富裕论、可持续发展论的角度阐述了邓小平农业思想的主要内容。第四部分为邓小平农业思想的成就,包括丰富和发展了马克思主义农业发展理论、指导了我国农业发展取得了辉煌成就、为新农村建设中发展现代农业提供重要指导。第五部分为邓小平农业思想的现实意义。
[Abstract]:China is a big country with a large population and a big agricultural country. The problem of agriculture is the fundamental problem that directly affects the stability and economic development of our country. How does a country's agricultural development degree directly affect the state's development degree, the better agricultural development and the higher agricultural modernization level, usually can support the rapid economic development. On the contrary, it will restrict the overall development of the country and lead to the uncoordinated development of the country in different economic fields. The reform and opening up will play a great role in promoting the development of our country's economy, but the problem of "three rural" still cannot be ignored, and the question of "agriculture" is more related to the foundation of the national development. The problem is closely related to the interests of the large peasant stratum, so the party and the state have always attached great importance to it. Under the guidance of Deng Xiaoping's agricultural thought, the rural economy and agricultural development of our country have made remarkable achievements, and the experts and scholars in the related fields have also increased their research in this area. The agricultural industrialization, the rural urbanization, the feasible way to explore the leap development. This paper, taking Deng Xiaoping agricultural thought as the main research object, has important practical significance for the sustainable development of agriculture in our country. This article is divided into five parts. The first part is the preface, from the research back view, the research purpose, the research significance, the research status at home and abroad, The main contents, the research method and the angle of innovation are described. The second part is Deng Xiaoping's theory of agricultural thought, including the theoretical basis of Deng Xiaoping's agricultural thought, the introduction of Deng Xiaoping's ideas on rural reform and development. The third part is the formation and content of Deng Xiaoping's agricultural thought and the formation of Deng Xiaoping's agricultural thought. Two angles of historical background and historical conditions are introduced to the establishment of Deng Xiaoping's agricultural thought, and the main contents of Deng Xiaoping's agricultural thought are expounded from the view of grain security, the two leap theory of agriculture, the theory of agriculture, the theory of science and education, the theory of common prosperity and the theory of sustainable development. The fourth part is the achievement of Deng Xiaoping's agricultural thought, including the rich and the development. The theory of Marx's agricultural development has made great achievements in the development of agriculture in China and provides important guidance for the development of modern agriculture in the construction of new rural areas. The fifth part is the practical significance of Deng Xiaoping's agricultural thought.
