鄱阳湖生态经济区农户新能源使用影响因素研究

【摘要】：能源是一个非常重要的话题,它关系着人类的生存和发展。能源的有限和人们无休止对能源过度的消耗在带给人们恐慌之外,也让人们懂得了思考出路,学者们纷纷把目光投入到了可再生的新能源,新能源也日益受到国家的重视得到了快速的发展。农村蕴含着丰富的水、风、日照、动物粪便和植物秸秆等是发展水能、风能、太阳能、沼气等新能源的资源,研究农村新能源发展成为热门选题。本文以鄱阳湖生态经济区为范围,对鄱阳湖生态经济区农户新能源使用进行研究,收集有效样本1500份。通过使用软件SPSS19.0,运用交叉分析的方法探究农户新能源使用与指标之间的关系,确定影响农户新能源使用的因素,进而提出针对性的政策建议。在对能源技术应用现状进行描述性统计分析后,得出鄱阳湖生态经济区的农户对于电力的消费是最多的,也是最普遍的,对天然气、煤炭、木柴和秸秆的消费排在其次,对新能源的消费量很少而且使用的人数也不多。在交叉分析部分,得出影响农户沼气使用的因素是户主年龄;户主是否喜欢邻里、亲朋间走动,互访,聊天;家庭年收入等。影响农户太阳能使用的因素是户主年龄;户主文化程度;户主主要从事的工作等。之后,本文针对性的提出了以下政策建议:鼓励年轻人返乡创业;加强新能源相关政策宣传;鼓励村上建立新能源一体化公司或店面,实行市场化管理;实行弹性的新能源建设项目贴息贷款或补贴政策;鼓励村上农户发展规模养殖业;加强基础设施建设;重视农村基础文化教育;合理配置农村劳动力资源。
[Abstract]:Energy is a very important topic, it is related to the survival and development of mankind. The limited energy resources and the endless excessive consumption of energy not only bring people panic, but also let people understand the way out, scholars have been focusing on renewable new energy. The new energy also receives the national attention day by day to get the fast development. The countryside contains abundant water, wind, sunshine, animal dung and plant straw are the development of new energy resources, such as water, wind, solar, biogas and so on, the research on rural new energy development has become a hot topic. Based on the scope of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone, this paper studies the new energy use of farmers in Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone, and collects 1500 effective samples. By using the software SPSS 19.0, this paper probes into the relationship between the new energy use of farmers and the indicators by using the method of cross-analysis, determines the factors that affect the new energy use of farmers, and then puts forward relevant policy recommendations. After a descriptive statistical analysis of the current situation of energy technology application, it is concluded that the consumption of electricity by farmers in Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone is the largest and most common, followed by the consumption of natural gas, coal, firewood and straw. Consumption of new energy is low and the number of people using it is small. In the cross-analysis part, it is concluded that the factors that affect the use of biogas among farmers are the age of the head of household, whether the head of household likes the neighborhood, the walking between friends and relatives, the exchange of visits, the chatting, the annual income of the family and so on. The factors influencing household solar energy use are the age of head of household, the education level of head of household, the work that the head of household is mainly engaged in, etc. After that, this paper puts forward the following policy suggestions: encourage young people to return home to start their own businesses; strengthen the promotion of new energy-related policies; encourage the village to establish new energy integration companies or stores, and implement market-oriented management; Implement flexible new energy construction project discount loan or subsidy policy; encourage village farmers to develop scale aquaculture; strengthen infrastructure construction; attach importance to rural basic culture and education; reasonable allocation of rural labor resources.
