河南省绿色循环农业现状分析与对策研究

【摘要】：随着我国经济的不断发展,庞大的人口压力使资源和环境长期处于超负荷状态,三者之间的矛盾更加尖锐,河南省作为我国重要的农业大省和人口大省,农业形势也不容乐观,其发展面临着严峻的挑战:要实现农业优质高产,确保国家农业安全;要实现农村经济又好又快发展,确保农村繁荣稳定;要实现农民收入水平不断提高,确保农民早日步入小康社会。这些问题的解决需要对河南省农业发展进行深刻的反思,改变过去农业发展的老路。而绿色循环农业作为一种新的农业发展模式,在追求农业总量增长的条件下更加注重农业产出的无污染、农业废弃物的再利用、农产品的绿色有机,更加符合未来农业发展趋势和广大人民群众的根本利益,具有极强的生命力。因此,推动绿色循环农业理论研究对解决当前河南省面临的农业发展难题具有重要的现实意义。本文立足于河南省绿色循环农业发展中存在的问题,通过对其现状的分析,总结出了当前绿色循环农业发展面临的难题,并针对这些问题,提出了对策性建议。文章共分五个部分。第一部分:引言。主要介绍了选题的依据,研究的目的和意义,国内外研究综述以及研究思路方法和本文的创新之处。第二部分:绿色循环农业的相关理论概述。包括绿色循环农业产生的历史背景、绿色循环农业的定义、特征及发展的重要意义。第三部分:河南省绿色循环农业发展现状分析。首先介绍了河南省绿色循环农业禹州示范园建设状况,其次提出了绿色循环农业的发展趋势及总体思路,然后分析了河南省绿色循环农业存在的问题。第四部分:河南省绿色循环农业发展中主要问题的成因分析。从政府、企业、公众这三个层面进行分析。第五部分:发展绿色循环农业的对策建议。针对上面提出的问题,并借鉴省内外成功经验提出了解决对策,以期能更好的促进河南省绿色循环农业的发展,进而对我国农业发展做出贡献。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of our economy, the huge population pressure causes the resources and the environment to be overloaded for a long time. The contradiction between the three is more acute. As an important agricultural province and a large population province in our country, the agricultural situation of Henan Province is not optimistic. Its development is faced with severe challenges: to achieve high quality and high yield of agriculture, to ensure national agricultural security, to achieve good and rapid development of rural economy, to ensure rural prosperity and stability, to achieve the continuous improvement of farmers' income, Ensure that farmers enter a well-off society at an early date. To solve these problems, we should reflect deeply on the agricultural development of Henan Province and change the old way of agricultural development in the past. As a new mode of agricultural development, green circular agriculture pays more attention to the non-pollution of agricultural output, the reuse of agricultural wastes, and the green organic of agricultural products under the condition of pursuing the growth of total agricultural output. More in line with the future trend of agricultural development and the fundamental interests of the masses, with strong vitality. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to promote the theoretical research of green circular agriculture to solve the problem of agricultural development in Henan Province. Based on the problems existing in the development of green circular agriculture in Henan Province, this paper summarizes the problems facing the development of green circular agriculture through the analysis of its present situation, and puts forward some countermeasures for these problems. The article is divided into five parts. The first part: introduction. This paper mainly introduces the basis of the topic, the purpose and significance of the research, the summary of domestic and foreign research, the research methods and the innovation of this paper. The second part: the related theories of green circular agriculture. It includes the historical background of green circular agriculture, the definition, characteristics and significance of development of green circular agriculture. The third part: Henan Province green circulation agriculture development present situation analysis. This paper first introduces the construction situation of Yuzhou demonstration garden of green circular agriculture in Henan Province, then puts forward the development trend and general idea of green circular agriculture, and then analyzes the existing problems of green circular agriculture in Henan Province. The fourth part: the causes of the main problems in the development of green circular agriculture in Henan Province. From the government, enterprises, the public these three levels of analysis. Part V: countermeasures and suggestions for the development of green circular agriculture. In view of the above problems, and draw lessons from the successful experience of the province and put forward solutions, in order to better promote the development of green circular agriculture in Henan Province, and then contribute to the development of agriculture in China.
