基于结构方程模型的农村居家养老服务供给水平分析

【摘要】：提高农村居家养老服务供给水平,是增进农村老年人福祉的必然要求。通过对辽宁省农村居家养老服务供需状况的调查,运用结构方程模型分析法,实证分析了农村居家养老服务供给水平的内在结构与逻辑机理。结果表明:在农村,居家养老服务供给水平的影响因素主要有需求意愿、家庭特征、制度特征和供给能力,各影响因素之间具有内在关联性。因此,解决农村养老问题需要尊重农村老年人的养老需求意愿,加大居家养老服务政策支持力度,注重体现居家养老服务的公共性供给,优化农村居家养老服务供给机制,提升农村居家养老服务供给水平,有效增进农村老年人福祉。
[Abstract]:Improving the supply level of rural home care service is an inevitable requirement for improving the welfare of the elderly in rural areas. Through the investigation of the supply and demand of the home care service in rural areas of Liaoning Province, the structure equation model analysis method is used to analyze the internal structure and logical mechanism of the supply level of the rural home care service. The results show that in the countryside, the home is home. The influencing factors of the supply level of the old-age service mainly include the desire of demand, the family characteristics, the institutional characteristics and the supply capacity, and the internal relations among the influencing factors. Therefore, to solve the rural old-age problem, we should respect the desire of the elderly in rural areas, strengthen the support of the family pension service policy, and pay more attention to the service of the home care for the aged. The supply of public housing should be optimized, the supply mechanism of home care services in rural areas should be optimized, the supply level of home care services in rural areas should be enhanced, and the well-being of rural elderly people could be effectively promoted.
