河南新型农民合作经济组织发展研究

【摘要】：家庭联产承包责任制是我国农村重要经济制度,在解放农村生产力,推动农村经济社会发展方面起到了巨大作用,但也让农村生产经营陷入了“散、小、弱”的被动局面,尤其是我国加入WTO以后,我国农业的国际竞争力明显处于弱势地位。而新型农民合作经济组织正是破解我国农业发展瓶颈的有效途径之一。经过实践证明,新型农民合作经济组织在提高农民组织化程度、推进农业产业化经营、加快城乡协调发展等方面都起到了巨大推动作用,可以有效增加农民收入,增强农产品市场竞争力,切实维护农民合作权益,是市场经济下农业发展的必由之路。而河南作为全国农业大省,在理论创新和实践创新方面都具有先天优势,河南新型农民合作经济组织的发展壮大,对河南实现农业现代化,实现中原崛起意义重大,对全国农民合作经济组织的发展也具有示范带动作用。
[Abstract]:The household contract responsibility system is an important economic system in rural areas of our country. It has played a great role in liberating the rural productive forces and promoting the development of rural economy and society, but it has also made the rural production and management fall into the passive situation of "scattered, small and weak". Especially after China's entry into WTO, the international competitiveness of China's agriculture is obviously in a weak position. The new peasant cooperative economic organization is one of the effective ways to solve the bottleneck of agricultural development in China. It has been proved by practice that the new peasant cooperative economic organizations have played a huge role in improving the farmers' degree of organization, promoting the industrialization of agriculture and accelerating the coordinated development of urban and rural areas, which can effectively increase farmers' income. Strengthening the market competitiveness of agricultural products and safeguarding farmers' cooperative rights and interests are the only way to agricultural development under market economy. Henan, as a big agricultural province in China, has innate advantages in both theoretical and practical innovation. The development and expansion of Henan's new peasant cooperative economic organization is of great significance for Henan to realize agricultural modernization and realize the rise of Central Plains. To the national farmer cooperative economic organization's development also has the demonstration impetus function.
