咸阳市农村生态文化建设研究

【摘要】：生态文化是21世纪人类面对日益严峻的生态危机而寻求可持续发展之路的必然选择。构建生态文化是解决全人类生态问题的行之有效的途径,是促进整个社会和谐永续发展的强大的精神保证。综合考虑经济发展,环境保护,人的文明素质提高,坚持人与社会、人与自然和谐等几大课题的农村生态文化建设是我们当前农村工作的重要内容。以咸阳市农村生态文化建设为研究对象,第一部分主要通过文献研究的方法对生态文化及农村生态文化的相关理论进行概述和分析,对生态文化和生态文明的辩证关系进行阐释和界定,在马克思主义生态文化思想和中国传统文化中深入挖掘现代生态文化思想的理论根源,通过对这些理论的概括梳理得出了生态文化是一种人与自然和谐共存、协同发展的文化的概念界定;第二部分主要写咸阳市农村生态文化建设的总体思路,通过对咸阳市农村生态文化建设的指导思想、基本原则、战略任务及当前建设的重点任务进行论述,为咸阳市农村生态文化建设提供理论指导;第三部分是在实地调查访谈的基础上做出的咸阳市农村生态文化建设现状分析,涵盖了建设过程中的具体措施、建设成果、发展优势、建设困境及成因,对生态旅游和西咸一体化对咸阳市农村生态文化建设的带动作用进行了说明,指出生态文化建设在生态治理、生态农业发展、生态文化资源开发等方面的不足,认为其原因主要是:农村物质文化扭曲、制度文化缺失、精神文化匮乏;最后一部分以第三部分提出的原因分析为基础,结合实地调查研究,分别从物质、制度和精神层面提出了具体的对策建议,并提出从规章制度、组织管理、政策投入、科技人才四个方面着力,为咸阳市农村生态文化建设提供保障。
[Abstract]:Ecological culture is the inevitable choice for human beings to seek the way of sustainable development in the face of the increasingly severe ecological crisis in the 21st century. The construction of ecological culture is an effective way to solve the ecological problems of all mankind and a powerful spiritual guarantee to promote the harmonious and sustainable development of the whole society. Comprehensive consideration of economic development, environmental protection, improvement of human civilization quality, adherence to the construction of ecological culture in rural areas, such as harmony between man and society, and harmony between man and nature, are the important contents of our current rural work. Taking the construction of rural ecological culture in Xianyang as the research object, the first part summarizes and analyzes the related theories of ecological culture and rural ecological culture through the method of literature research. The dialectical relationship between ecological culture and ecological civilization is explained and defined, and the theoretical root of modern ecological culture is deeply explored in Marxist ecological culture thought and Chinese traditional culture. Through the summarization of these theories, the author draws the conclusion that ecological culture is a kind of concept of harmonious coexistence and coordinated development of human and nature. The second part mainly describes the overall idea of ecological culture construction in Xianyang city. Through the discussion of the guiding ideology, basic principles, strategic tasks and key tasks of the construction of rural ecological culture in Xianyang city, this paper provides theoretical guidance for the construction of ecological culture in rural areas of Xianyang city. The third part is the analysis of the current situation of rural ecological culture construction in Xianyang on the basis of field investigation and interview, which covers the concrete measures in the construction process, construction results, development advantages, construction difficulties and causes. The paper explains the driving effect of ecotourism and the integration of western salt and salt on the construction of ecological culture in the countryside of Xianyang city, and points out the deficiency of the construction of ecological culture in the aspects of ecological management, development of ecological agriculture, exploitation of ecological cultural resources, etc. The main reasons are: rural material culture distortion, lack of institutional culture, lack of spiritual culture, the last part of the third part of the cause analysis, combined with field investigation, respectively, from the material, At the level of system and spirit, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, and puts forward four aspects: rules and regulations, organization and management, policy input and scientific and technological talents, to provide guarantee for the construction of rural ecological culture in Xianyang city.
