土地财政对中国城镇劳动力工资水平的影响研究

【摘要】：基于中国省域2002—2012年的面板数据,采用动态面板模型及差分GMM计量方法,研究了中国近年来各级地方政府土地财政对中国城镇劳动力工资水平的影响。研究发现,土地财政对中国城镇劳动力工资水平的上涨具有显著的助推作用,使得中国劳动力工资水平的上升脱离了劳动生产率的提高而增长,对中国经济的稳定增长具有一定的负面效应。当然,导致中国城镇劳动力工资水平上涨的最主要原因还是中国劳动力生产率的提高。
[Abstract]:Based on the panel data from 2002 to 2012 in China, the dynamic panel model and differential GMM method are used to study the effects of land finance of local governments at all levels on the wage level of Chinese urban labor in recent years. The study found that land finance has a significant role in boosting the wage level of urban labor in China, which makes the rise of the wage level of Chinese labor force rise away from the increase of labor productivity. It has some negative effects on the steady growth of Chinese economy. Of course, the main reason for the rise of labor wages in cities and towns is the increase in labor productivity.
