泰国农业合作社现状及其对开展农产品对外贸易的研究

【摘要】：泰国一直坚持"以农业立国"的方针,进入21世纪以来,泰国加快了与周边国家和地区的农产品双边贸易,特别是借助与中国签署的一系列农产品关税贸易协定,农产品贸易实现自由化、无税化及互惠互利,贸易额实现极速增长,目前是亚洲第二农产品出口国。随着中国"一带一路"倡议和"走出去"战略的提出,如何有效地让农业"走出去"成为中国外交活动和农业企业开展对外合作的抓手至关重要。考虑到泰国农业合作社在当地农产品生产、加工、运输、信贷服务及对外贸易方面都发挥了重要作用,本文以服务中国外交为大局,以服务农业"走出去"为导向,对泰国农业合作社基本情况进行介绍,就泰国开展对外农业贸易合作存在的问题、原因及有关政策建议等进行了梳理探讨。
[Abstract]:Thailand has always adhered to the principle of "building a country on agriculture." since entering the 21st century, Thailand has accelerated bilateral trade in agricultural products with neighboring countries and regions, especially through a series of agricultural tariff trade agreements signed with China. Agricultural trade has been liberalized, tax free and mutually beneficial, and trade volume has been growing at an extremely high speed. At present, it is the second agricultural export country in Asia. With the development of China's "Belt and Road" initiative and "going out" strategy, how to effectively let agriculture "go out" becomes the grasping hand of China's diplomatic activities and agricultural enterprises to carry out foreign cooperation. Considering that Thai agricultural cooperatives have played an important role in the production, processing, transportation, credit services and foreign trade of local agricultural products, this paper focuses on serving the overall situation of China's diplomacy and "going global" in serving agriculture, This paper introduces the basic situation of Thailand's agricultural cooperatives, and discusses the problems, causes and relevant policy suggestions of Thailand's agricultural trade cooperation with foreign countries.
