城镇化进程中泊头市城乡结合部土地利用研究

【摘要】：城镇化是人类社会发展的重要标志,是我国现代化建设的历史任务,也是社会生产力发展的重要阶段。改革开放以来,我国城镇化水平越来越高,城镇化发展到一定阶段形成了城乡结合部这一特殊区域。城乡结合部是在城市和农村地域体系基础上衍生的过渡性区域,是城市和农村共同作用的产物,它不仅为城市生产、生活提供原材料,同时也是城乡用地争夺的焦点区域和城市扩张的前沿阵地。随着城市规模的不断扩大,城乡结合部的土地利用结构也不断变化。城乡结合部土地利用既受城市建设的影响,又受农业用途的制约。因此,解决好城乡结合部区域的土地利用问题,使其满足城市建设用地和农业用地的需要,具有十分重要的现实意义。本文首先运用定性与定量的方法确定泊头市城乡结合部区域的范围,再通过土地利用动态度分析、土地利用程度变化分析、洛伦茨曲线与基尼系数分析等方法对范围内的土地利用结构现状进行深入分析,然后结合泊头市人口、经济发展、产业结构布局等实际情况,通过灰色关联度分析方法分析其对泊头市城乡结合部区域土地利用结构形成的影响。通过对泊头市城乡结合部土地利用的研究,可以发现其存在农用地减少、建设用地增长过快、土地利用结构不合理、土地违法现象突出等一系列问题。针对这些发现的问题,结合泊头市实际情况,提出了发展特色农业、合理分配建设用地指标、强化功能分区布局等对策。为泊头市城乡结合部土地管理提供了辅助与指导作用。
[Abstract]:Urbanization is an important symbol of the development of human society, a historical task of China's modernization construction and an important stage of the development of social productive forces. Since the reform and opening up, the level of urbanization in China has become higher and higher, and urbanization has developed to a certain stage, forming a special region of urban-rural integration. The urban-rural junction is a transitional region derived from the urban and rural regional systems. It is the product of the interaction between urban and rural areas. It not only provides raw materials for urban production and life, At the same time, it is also the focal area of urban and rural land competition and the front position of urban expansion. With the continuous expansion of urban scale, the land use structure of urban and rural areas is also changing. Urban-rural land use is not only affected by urban construction, but also restricted by agricultural use. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to solve the problem of land use in urban and rural areas and to make it meet the needs of urban construction land and agricultural land. This paper first uses qualitative and quantitative methods to determine the range of urban and rural areas in Botou, and then through land use dynamic analysis, land use degree change analysis. The Lorenz curve and Gini coefficient analysis are used to analyze the present situation of the land use structure in the scope of the city, and then combined with the population, economic development, industrial structure layout and other actual conditions of Botou City. The influence of grey correlation degree analysis on the formation of regional land use structure in the urban and rural areas of Botou City was analyzed. Through the study of land use in the combination of urban and rural areas in Botou City, it can be found that there are a series of problems such as the reduction of agricultural land, the rapid growth of construction land, the unreasonable structure of land use, and the prominent phenomenon of illegal land use. In view of these problems, combined with the actual situation of Botou City, this paper puts forward some countermeasures, such as developing characteristic agriculture, rationally allocating land for construction, strengthening the layout of functional zoning, etc. It provides the assistant and guidance for the land management in the urban and rural joint area of Botou city.
