基于地理标志的湖北国宝桥米有限公司发展战略研究

【摘要】：在经济全球化和一体化的背景下,我国的农业发展进入一个新阶段,但同时也对我国的农产品提出了更高的要求。而地理标志型粮食加工企业也是近些年新兴起的企业,都还处于发展的初级阶段,发展地理标志型粮食加工企业也成为我国农业发展的的影响因素。湖北国宝桥米有限公司在京山县桥米产业发展中占据主导地位,对湖北国宝桥米有限公司发展的研究一方面可以提升该企业的竞争力同时可以借鉴于地理标志农产品加工业的的发展;另一方面更能促进“京山桥米”产业的的发展,增加县域经济的发展。本研究以湖北国宝桥米有限公司为切入点,运用全面客观的统计分析以及SWOT分析法,通过对湖北国宝桥米有限公的发展现状、优势和劣势、机遇和挑战等相关问题的研究,分析出国宝桥米有限公司在发展现阶段遇到的问题,寻找出造成这些问题的原因。并把企业发展战略的有关论文引入湖北国宝桥米有限公司发展战略构想中,提出相应的具有可行性的对策建议。综上所述,本文以地理标志型粮食加工企业为研究对象,把地理标志企业的发展作为重点,以湖北省国宝桥米公司为案例,分析出该公司在发展过程中存在的问题,对地理标志型粮食加工企业的发展路径进行研究,并针对企业存在的问题提出具有一定理论价值并具备可行性的对策建议。同时也为国内类似的地理标志型粮食加工企业的发展提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:Under the background of economic globalization and integration, China's agricultural development has entered a new stage, but at the same time, it has put forward higher requirements for our agricultural products. The geographical indication grain processing enterprises are also the newly rising enterprises in recent years, which are still in the primary stage of development. The development of geographical indication grain processing enterprises has also become the influence factor of the agricultural development of our country. Hubei Guobao Bridge Rice Co., Ltd. plays a leading role in the development of Jingshan County bridge rice industry. The research on the development of Hubei Guobao Bridge Rice Co., Ltd. can, on the one hand, enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise and draw lessons from the development of the processing industry of agricultural products with geographical indications; on the other hand, it can also promote the development of the "Jingshan Bridge Rice" industry. Increase the development of county economy. This research takes Hubei Guobao Bridge Rice Co., Ltd. as the breakthrough point, uses the comprehensive objective statistical analysis and the SWOT analysis method, through to the Hubei national treasure bridge rice limited public development present situation, the superiority and the inferiority, the opportunity and the challenge and so on related question research. This paper analyzes the problems encountered by Guobao Bridge Rice Co., Ltd at the present stage of development, and finds out the causes of these problems. The paper is introduced into the development strategy of Hubei Guobao Bridge Rice Co., Ltd., and the corresponding feasible countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. To sum up, this paper takes the geographical indication grain processing enterprise as the research object, takes the development of the geographical indication enterprise as the focal point, takes the Hubei national treasure bridge rice company as the case, analyzes the problems existing in the development process of the company. This paper studies the development path of the geographical indication grain processing enterprises, and puts forward some theoretical and feasible countermeasures and suggestions in view of the problems existing in the enterprises. At the same time, it also provides reference for the development of similar geographical indication grain processing enterprises in China.
