昆明市茶叶物流配送中心选址研究

【摘要】:随着经济全球化的不断发展,我国茶叶行业的发展面临着许多考验和挑战。我国的茶叶产量大,茶叶产地分散、收购、运输及销售茶叶的成本相应的就会增加。而物流业作为“第三方利润”越来越受到茶叶企业的重视。物流配送中心作为茶叶物流配送的基础设施,它是茶叶物流网络中极具影响力的环节,也是茶叶物流系统重要的基础,在整个茶叶物流系统中有重要的地位。首先,本文介绍茶叶物流、茶叶物流配送中心的概念和茶叶物流配送中心选址的概念、选址原则、选址影响因素、选址流程;其次,结合昆明市的实际情况,总结国内外物流配送中心选址模型和茶叶物流配送中心选址模型的基础上,本文提出茶叶物流配送中心的选址流程;再次,本文在搜集各个备选地点的所需资料的基础上,建立两种模型:一是离散型选址模型,利用离散选址模型来研究茶叶物流配送中心选址问题,建立多目标规划模型。其中0-1规划模型用于投资效益分析,运输模型用于优化运输成本,仓库储模型用于优化存储费用,可变费用模型用于优化可变费用,将其结合起来建立多目标规划模型。由成本最小化原则,计算出各个备选地点的成本费用。二是AHP综合评价选址模型,本文采用AHP模糊综合评价法,利用隶属函数对茶叶物流配送中心的指标进行量化,通过建立模糊关系来构造模糊变换,进而对模糊事物或现象实施总体评价,得到评价综合评价值。最后,根据昆明市的实际需求,对两个模型的侧重点不同,选择不同的权重,使其模型更具有实用性和普遍性。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, the development of tea industry in China is facing many tests and challenges. China's tea production, tea production scattered, acquisition, transportation and sales of tea will increase the cost. And the logistics industry as a "third-party profit" more and more attention by tea enterprises. Logistics distribution center as the infrastructure of tea logistics distribution, it is a very influential link in the tea logistics network, is also an important basis of the tea logistics system, and plays an important role in the whole tea logistics system. First, this paper introduces the concept of tea logistics, tea logistics distribution center and tea logistics distribution center location concept, location principles, location factors, location process; secondly, combined with the actual situation of Kunming, On the basis of summing up the domestic and foreign logistics distribution center location model and tea logistics distribution center location model, this paper puts forward the location process of tea logistics distribution center. Thirdly, this paper collects the required information of each alternative location. Two models are established: one is the discrete location model, which is used to study the location problem of tea logistics distribution center, and the multi-objective programming model is established. The 0-1 programming model is used to analyze the investment benefit, the transportation model is used to optimize the transportation cost, the warehouse storage model is used to optimize the storage cost, and the variable cost model is used to optimize the variable cost. Based on the principle of cost minimization, the cost of each alternative location is calculated. The second is AHP comprehensive evaluation location model. This paper uses AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, using membership function to quantify the index of tea logistics distribution center, and constructs fuzzy transformation by establishing fuzzy relation. Then the fuzzy thing or phenomenon is evaluated as a whole, and the comprehensive evaluation value is obtained. Finally, according to the actual demand of Kunming, different weights are chosen to make the two models more practical and universal.
