株洲市农机维修服务现状与对策研究

【摘要】：随着农业和农村经济的发展,大中型机械,尤其是高性能化机械的普及,使得各类农机装备智能、自动化程度越来越高,其设备组成部件及功能也越来越复杂,这样一来导致,对农机的故障维修与技术支持的依赖程度也越来越重。然而,就目前现状而论,我国农机产品在维修方面存在很多问题,集中表现在体系不健全、市场混乱、水平参差不齐、响应时间缓慢等,这些导致我国农业机械维修服务发展严重滞后,严重延缓了农业机械化服务行业的发展步伐和改革。因此,建立可行高效健全的农机维修服务,加强农机维修市场管理,提高农机维修服务效率显得尤为迫切。本文通过具体的调查研究,收集整理株洲市农机维修服务方面的数据资料,了解当前农机维修量,人口密度及农机分布情况,深入分析株洲市近五年农机设备增长状况、网点分布情况、农机维修组织结构和使用量的调研、从事农机维修人员的综合能力水平现状等情况,寻找农机维修服务体系存在的弊端,并提出针对性的解决方案。在县级建立综合维修服务网点,在乡镇建立维修服务网站,合理计算网点服务距离及网点选址从而有效解决农机维修服务有效需求和有效供给的相对不足的问题,重点构建的株洲市农村社区综合维修服务模式,有效解决当前株洲市农村存在的维修难、服务效率低等问题,对实现株洲市农业全面机械化具有重要的参考价值。
[Abstract]:With the development of agriculture and rural economy, the popularization of large and medium-sized machinery, especially high performance machinery, makes all kinds of agricultural machinery and equipment more intelligent, more and more automatic, and its equipment components and functions are becoming more and more complex. The degree of dependence on failure maintenance and technical support of agricultural machinery is becoming more and more heavy. However, as far as the present situation is concerned, there are many problems in the maintenance of agricultural machinery products in China, which are mainly manifested in imperfect systems, chaotic markets, uneven levels, slow response time, etc. As a result, the development of agricultural machinery maintenance service in China lags behind seriously, and the development and reform of agricultural mechanization service industry is seriously delayed. Therefore, it is urgent to establish a feasible, efficient and sound agricultural machinery maintenance service, strengthen the market management of agricultural machinery maintenance and improve the efficiency of agricultural machinery maintenance service. Through specific investigation and research, this paper collects and collates the data of agricultural machinery maintenance service in Zhuzhou City, understands the current agricultural machinery maintenance quantity, population density and distribution of agricultural machinery, and deeply analyzes the growth situation of agricultural machinery equipment in Zhuzhou City in the past five years. The distribution of network, the investigation of agricultural machinery maintenance organization structure and usage, the present situation of comprehensive ability level of agricultural machinery maintenance personnel, etc., to find out the disadvantages of agricultural machinery maintenance service system, and to put forward targeted solutions. Establish comprehensive maintenance service network at county level, set up maintenance service website in villages and towns, reasonably calculate service distance and site location of network, so as to effectively solve the relative shortage of effective demand and effective supply of maintenance service for agricultural machinery. The construction of Zhuzhou rural community comprehensive maintenance service model effectively solves the problems of difficult maintenance and low service efficiency. It has important reference value to realize the comprehensive mechanization of agriculture in Zhuzhou city.
