当前我国农业机械化问题研究

【摘要】：农业发展问题是摆在我国经济发展面前一道巨大的屏障。对于国民经济发展而言,农业扮演着不可或缺的角色,因此只有发展好农业,才能够提高国民经济发展水平。当农业增速较快的时候,必然会刺激经济的扩张,而当农业出现衰退的时候,就会制约和影响到经济扩张。党的十八大明确提出,要循序渐进的推进小康社会的建设,其中最关键的就是要逐步缩小城乡之间的差距,推动农业现代化的发展,在发展农村经济的同时,提高农民的收入水平。本文认为,农业机械化的道路充满了崎岖和坎坷,并且这个过程最显著的特征就是具有动态性,是一个不断发展变化的过程,而从实质上来说,就是在农业中应用与之相匹配的农业机械,使农业生产经营条件得到有效的改善,从而增加农业科技含量,进而增加经济效益,在发展经济的同时又能够充分的保护好其所依赖的生态环境。而只有实现高度的农业机械化之后,才能够更好的实现农业现代化,使农业的发展出现质的提升,逐步的提高劳动生产率,提高在市场当中农产品的竞争力,使农民增收的目标得以顺利实现。本文全面的总结了我国农业机械化的发展状况,分析了存在的问题和提出相应的解决方案。对农业机械化在我国的发展历程进行了梳理和回顾,认为该过程主要分为三个不同的时期,有助于学者们更好对我国农机化发展历程进行更好的研究。
[Abstract]:The problem of agricultural development is a huge barrier in front of our country's economic development. Agriculture plays an indispensable role in the development of national economy. When the agricultural growth rate is fast, it will inevitably stimulate the economic expansion, and when the agricultural recession, it will restrict and affect the economic expansion. The 18th National Congress of the Party clearly proposed that in order to promote the construction of a well-off society step by step, the most crucial thing is to gradually narrow the gap between urban and rural areas, promote the development of agricultural modernization, and develop the rural economy at the same time. We will raise the income level of farmers. This paper holds that the road of agricultural mechanization is full of rugged and bumpy, and the most obvious feature of this process is that it is dynamic, a process of continuous development and change, and in essence, That is, the application of agricultural machinery matching with it in agriculture can effectively improve the conditions of agricultural production and operation, thereby increasing the content of agricultural science and technology and thus increasing economic benefits. While developing the economy, it can fully protect the ecological environment on which it depends. And only after realizing a high degree of agricultural mechanization can we better realize agricultural modernization, improve the development of agriculture qualitatively, gradually increase labor productivity, and improve the competitiveness of agricultural products in the market. The goal of increasing farmers' income can be realized smoothly. This paper summarizes the development of agricultural mechanization in China, analyzes the existing problems and puts forward corresponding solutions. This paper reviews the development process of agricultural mechanization in China, and points out that the process is divided into three different periods, which is helpful for scholars to study the development process of agricultural mechanization in China better.
