山东2017年11月1日起对韭菜产品实行“双证制”

【摘要】：正为建立食用农产品产地准出与市场准入有效衔接机制,从2017年11月1日起,山东省在全省范围内对韭菜产品全面推行食用农产品合格证、食用农产品市场销售凭证"双证制"管理。凡是纳入"放心韭菜"地图数据统计监管范围(种植面积在333.5 m2以上)的生产主体,均列入实施范围。韭菜产品上市交易过程中,必须出具韭菜产品合格证和市场销售凭证,从而实现韭菜产品全程可追溯。鉴于韭菜产品生产与管理成本的约束,韭菜产品生产主体可根据自身实际情况,采取自检合
[Abstract]:In order to establish an effective linkage mechanism between producing areas of edible agricultural products and market access, starting from November 1, 2017, Shandong Province has comprehensively implemented food agricultural products qualification certificates for leek products throughout the province. Market sales vouchers for edible agricultural products "double license system" management. The main body of production which is included in the statistical supervision scope of map data of "assured leek" (the planting area is more than 333.5 m2) is included in the scope of implementation. In the course of the Chinese chive products listed and traded, it is necessary to issue the certificate of qualification and the market sales certificate, so that the whole process of the leek products can be traced back. In view of the constraints of the production and management cost of leek products, the main body of chive products can take self-examination and cooperation according to their own actual situation.
