城镇化与农村居民财产性收入变动关系分析
[Abstract]:The "three rural" problem has always had a great influence on the stability, harmony and social development of our country. The core of this problem is to increase the income of rural residents. With the continuous expansion of the income gap between urban and rural areas and the continuous deepening of the two yuan structure in urban and rural areas, the wages of rural residents brought by the development of industrialization with a large amount of resource consumption are promoted. The income growth rate gradually slows down, the rising space is limited, while the rural residents' property income occupies a small proportion in the total income, and has a large gap compared with the urban residents, and has the "Matthew effect", which is the new growth point of the rural residents' income in the future. Therefore, the in-depth study of the rural residents' property income in the urbanization process is helpful. In order to further understand the restriction point of rural residents' income growth, and then formulate corresponding policies and measures to promote the sustainable growth of rural residents' property income, solve the problem of rural residents' slow increase in income, reduce the gap between urban and rural areas and eliminate the two yuan structure in urban and rural areas. More and more scholars have paid more and more attention to the role and status of rural residents' property income promotion in rural residents' income. How to choose the breakthrough point of a new round of rural reform and development, establish a complete reform plan of urbanization, and promote the positive impact of urbanization development and the growth of rural residents' property income, also need to be advanced. On the basis of theory and empirical test, this paper studies the influence and importance of urbanization development on the growth of property income of rural residents, and expands the research on the "three rural" problems. This paper is composed of seven parts: the first part, the background, significance, method and possible innovation of this study The second part introduces the concept of urbanization and the property income of rural residents and reviews the relevant literature at home and abroad; the third part, under the support of the theory of property rights and the theory of income distribution, combined with the relevant institutional background, the relationship between the development of rural urbanization and the growth of rural residents' property income. The fourth part describes the process and characteristics of the rural urbanization development and the rural residents' property income, and the fifth part, based on the panel data of the 31 provincial and municipal areas in 1997-2012 years, the impact of rural urbanization development on the proportion of rural residents' property income in different stages is tested and analyzed. The sixth part, according to the empirical results combined with the institutional background and the evolution process of the property income of rural residents, initially explores the reasons for the evolution of the property income of rural residents under urbanization; the seventh part, summarizes the basic conclusions of this study, and proposes to strengthen the development of urbanization to support rural residents to increase property income. Through a more comprehensive and systematic analysis, the following basic conclusions are obtained: firstly, the characteristics of the growth of the income component of rural residents show that the property income of rural residents is a new growth point for the future income of rural residents. Second, the property income of rural residents at different stages of urbanization development accounts for the property income of rural residents. The influence of the rapid development period is negative effect, and the period of scientific development has positive effect. Third, with the continuous development of urbanization, the proportion of interest in the property income of rural residents is becoming lower and smaller. Fourth, the consumption level of rural residents is negative to the property income of rural residents. The innovations of this paper are: in the perspective of the study, we take urbanization as the perspective and consider the stage characteristics of urbanization and the imbalance between regions in our country, and try to build a basic theoretical analysis framework in the research content. The relationship between urbanization and the property income of rural residents is established. In the study method, based on the panel data, the influence on the property income of rural residents under two different stages of urbanization is analyzed. This paper tries to make a thorough, comprehensive, systematic, true and scientific approach to the property income of farmers. Do research.
