农民工集群行为参与惯性分析

【摘要】：由于转型期正式利益表达渠道不完善,农民工群体在遭受权益受损时易选择集群行为的非正式方式进行维权抗争。正式渠道缺失,而"闹大"方式有效,造成农民工集群行为参与的惯性。基于政治系统理论,构建了农民工集群行为循环模型,并结合2013年S市和2015年Y县的农民工调查数据,探讨了基于政府信任中介效应的农民工集群行为参与惯性机制。研究发现,农民工集群行为参与存在惯性,其惯性机制表现为集群行为参与经历通过降低政府信任水平从而增加农民工未来集群行为参与的意愿。对农民工集群行为的治理在于疏通,而非反应式处理。政府需要一方面加强正式利益表达渠道的建设和完善,另一方面在农民工集群行为中扮演好第三方调解角色,防止因政府信任缺失而造成的农民工集群行为参与惯性。
[Abstract]:Due to the imperfect expression channels of formal interests in the transitional period, migrant workers are apt to choose the informal way of cluster behavior to fight for their rights when their rights and interests are damaged. The lack of formal channels, and the "noisy" mode is effective, resulting in the inertia of migrant workers' cluster behavior participation. Based on the theory of political system, this paper constructs a cyclic model of peasant workers' cluster behavior, and discusses the mechanism of migrant workers' cluster behavior participation inertia based on the intermediary effect of government trust based on the survey data of S city in 2013 and Y county in 2015. The study found that there is inertia in the cluster behavior participation of migrant workers, and its inertia mechanism is the willingness of the cluster behavior participation to increase the future participation of migrant workers by reducing the level of government trust. The governance of migrant workers cluster behavior lies in dredging rather than reactive treatment. On the one hand, the government needs to strengthen the construction and improvement of formal interest expression channels, on the other hand, it should play the role of third party mediation in the behavior of migrant workers cluster, and prevent the participation inertia of migrant workers cluster behavior caused by the lack of government trust.
