订单农业模式中主体纵向协作选择行为分析

【摘要】：基于多值选择Logit模型,本文从个体及经营特征、市场特征、订单特征及制度特征等4个维度实证分析订单农业模式下农户与新型农业经营主体协作的影响因素。研究发现,相比较家庭经营型新型主体,农户个体及经营特征中的订单农业认知水平、订单农业从事时间,市场特征中的市场距离和农产品市场价格波动,订单特征中的订单形式、订单价格类型和资产专用性以及制度特征中的融资担保制度、损失赔偿制度对农户选择同市场化经营主体进行订单农业协作有重要影响。而受教育程度、务工经历、市场距离、订单形式、资产专用性、融资担保制度对农户选择同组织化新型主体协作开展订单农业有重要影响。据此,本文提出因地制宜,构建多层次、复合型新型农业经营体系;切实发挥农业实用人才和返乡务工农民在订单农业发展中的作用;科学规划,建立农业生产基地以缩短市场距离和促进订单农业发展;创新订单农业融资模式以服务订单农业发展等政策建议。
[Abstract]:Based on the multi-value selection Logit model, this paper empirically analyzes the influencing factors of the cooperation between farmers and new agricultural operators under the model of order agriculture from the four dimensions of individual and business characteristics, market characteristics, order characteristics and institutional characteristics. It is found that compared with the new type of household management subject, the cognition level of order agriculture, the time of order agriculture, the market distance and the fluctuation of market price of agricultural products in the characteristics of individual farmers and management are compared. The form of order, the type of order price, the specificity of assets and the financing guarantee system in the characteristics of the order, and the system of compensation for losses have important influence on the farmers' choice to cooperate with the market operators in the order agriculture. However, the degree of education, labor experience, market distance, order form, asset specificity, financing guarantee system have important influence on farmers' choice to cooperate with a new organized main body to develop order agriculture. On the basis of this, this paper puts forward that measures should be taken in accordance with local conditions to construct a multi-level and complex new agricultural management system, to give full play to the role of agricultural practical talents and migrant workers returning home in the development of contract agriculture, to plan scientifically, To establish agricultural production base to shorten the market distance and promote the development of order agriculture, and to innovate the order agriculture financing mode to serve the order agriculture development and other policy suggestions.
