提高绿色食品现场检查实效措施探讨

【摘要】：绿色食品现场检查工作是绿色食品标志许可审查的重要环节,是防范质量风险的重要措施。本文结合近年来绿色食品现场检查工作的特点,从现场检查工作制度、工作内容、检查员队伍建设等方面分析了现场检查工作开展过程中面临的问题,对促进绿色食品现场检查工作的具体措施进行了探讨。
[Abstract]:Field inspection of green food is an important part of green food label license examination and an important measure to prevent quality risk. Based on the characteristics of field inspection of green food in recent years, this paper analyzes the problems faced in the process of carrying out on-site inspection from the aspects of on-site inspection system, work content, construction of inspectors and so on. The concrete measures to promote the field inspection of green food were discussed.
