我国玉米生产布局变迁及影响因素

【摘要】：改革开放以来,玉米生产布局发生了明显的变化。综合使用产地集中度系数、生产集中度和生产规模指数分别从产业层面、区域层面和省域层面考察玉米生产布局变迁的特征,并构建面板数据模型对1980—2013年其布局变迁的影响因素进行实证分析。结果表明,玉米产业总体生产布局比较集中,玉米生产呈现北增南减的趋势,东北和华北分布最为集中,且生产集聚的省份主要在东北及华北地区;成灾率、有效灌溉比例、劳动力投入、化肥施用量、非农收入比例、城镇化率、市场需求、交通运输状况和科技进步等是影响玉米生产布局变迁的重要因素,其中有效灌溉比例、城镇化率对玉米生产布局变迁的影响最为显著。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the layout of maize production has changed significantly. The characteristics of maize production layout change were investigated from the industrial level, regional level and provincial level, respectively, using the production area concentration coefficient, production concentration ratio and production scale index, respectively, from the industrial level, the regional level and the provincial level. A panel data model is constructed to analyze the influencing factors of its layout change from 1980 to 2013. The results showed that the overall production distribution of maize industry was relatively concentrated, the maize production showed a trend of increasing and decreasing from north to south, the distribution of Northeast and North China was the most concentrated, and the provinces with concentrated production were mainly in Northeast and North China. Labor input, fertilizer application rate, non-agricultural income ratio, urbanization rate, market demand, transportation situation and scientific and technological progress are important factors affecting the change of maize production layout, among which effective irrigation proportion. The urbanization rate has the most significant effect on the change of maize production distribution.
