经济全球化视域下中国特色农业现代化发展路径研究

【摘要】：中国地大物博,历史悠久,既是一个农业大国,也是一个农业古国,有着几千年的农业文化沉淀,形成了具有中国特色的农业文明。高度重视并认真解决中国农业、农村、农民问题,一直以来都是我们党中央领导集体一以贯之的战略思想。农业是国民经济的基础,没有农业现代化国家的现代化就无法实现。当前中国正处于由传统农业向现代农业转型的关键时期,面对势不可挡的经济全球化趋势,中国农业现代化的发展面临着巨大的挑战,同时也迎来了很多机遇。在关键时期如何发展好中国特色农业现代化,对中国社会主义现代化建设来说意义重大。本论文在第一章对经济全球化和农业现代化的基本内涵和主要特征进行了简要概括,并对马克思主义农业现代化思想进行了整理与归纳。第二章以改革开放为分界点,分四个发展阶段理顺了中国特色农业现代化的发展历程,分别是中国农业现代化的初步探索阶段、曲折前进阶段、全面探索阶段和大力推进阶段。在第三章简要说明了中国特色农业现代化道路的必要性,重点梳理了在经济全球化视域下,中国特色农业现代化所面临的挑战和遇到的机遇。出现经济全球化背景下的中国农业国际竞争力不够;资源短缺且农业生态环境日益恶化;农业科学技术创新能力不够;城乡发展不协调;工业化、信息化、城镇化、农业现代化发展不协调等问题。第四章针对中国特色农业现代化发展所面临的挑战,提出了相应解决对策。首先要学习借鉴国外发达国家发展农业现代化的经验,然后针对中国农业现代化发展面临的问题提出相应的解决措施。顺应全球化趋势,增强中国农业国际竞争力;大力推进生态文明建设;实施创新驱动发展战略;加快完善城乡发展一体化机制;促进农业现代化与工业化协调发展;加快推进农业信息化建设。
[Abstract]:China is a large agricultural country with a long history. It is also an ancient agricultural country with thousands of years of agricultural culture precipitation, forming an agricultural civilization with Chinese characteristics. Industry is the foundation of the national economy, and it can't be realized without the modernization of the agricultural modernization countries. At present, China is in a critical period of transition from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture. Facing the irresistible trend of economic globalization, the development of agricultural modernization in China is facing enormous challenges as well as many opportunities. How to develop agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics is of great significance to China's socialist modernization. In the first chapter of this paper, the basic connotation and main characteristics of economic globalization and agricultural modernization are briefly summarized, and the Marxist thought of agricultural modernization is sorted out and summarized. In the third chapter, the necessity of the road of agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics is briefly explained, and the emphasis is laid on the economy. From the perspective of globalization, the challenges and opportunities faced by the modernization of agriculture with Chinese characteristics are insufficient international competitiveness of China's agriculture under the background of economic globalization; shortage of resources and deterioration of agricultural ecological environment; inadequate innovation ability of agricultural science and technology; unbalanced development between urban and rural areas; industrialization, informatization, urbanization, and modern agriculture. Chapter Four puts forward corresponding solutions to the challenges facing the development of agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics. First, learn from the experience of developed countries in developing agricultural modernization, and then put forward corresponding solutions to the problems facing the development of agricultural modernization in China. Enhancing China's agricultural international competitiveness; vigorously promoting the construction of ecological civilization; implementing the strategy of innovation-driven development; speeding up and improving the integration mechanism of urban and rural development; promoting the coordinated development of agricultural modernization and industrialization; and accelerating the construction of agricultural informatization.
