石河子市康隆油脂工贸有限责任公司发展战略研究

【摘要】：影响企业成功的因素有很多,除了较强的经济实力,优秀的管理团队,良好的发展环境之外,更为重要的是具有为谋求生存和发展而制定的带有长远性全局性的企业战略。企业战略管理的一个重要任务,就是在复杂多变的内外部环境条件下,求得企业外部环境、内部条件和经营目标三者之间的动态平衡。目前,油脂加工行业门槛低,企业间竞争激烈,加之近期食用油价格走低,油脂加工行业萎靡不振,形势严峻。康隆油脂公司作为石河子最大的油脂加工民营企业,在其发展过程中面临品种少,档次低,新产品、新技术的研发能力不足,自我研发能力不足,技术科研人员匮乏,主要依靠价格占领市场等瓶颈。康隆油脂公司如何利用石河子等地棉花及油料作物种植基地优势,加快农产品加工龙头企业发展,提高农产品附加值,促进企业经济效益提升和带动当地经济发展有待进一步研究。本文对康隆油脂工贸有限责任公司发展过程中面临的形势和瓶颈、企业基本情况,经营规模及特点进行了论述,运用企业战略管理分析方法,对公司发展情况进行SWOT分析,找出企业在发展方面存在的问题,提出了康隆油脂公司发展战略的定位、目标、实施重点及发展战略保障措施。明确了康隆油脂公司要实施名牌产品建设战略、新产品开发战略、信息化战略、市场营销战略,同时要实施企业人才管理战略、加强企业组织管理、优化企业融资渠道,增加企业竞争能力,促进企业经济效益提升和带动当地经济发展。
[Abstract]:There are many factors influencing the success of an enterprise. In addition to strong economic strength, excellent management team and good development environment, it is more important to have a long-term and overall enterprise strategy for survival and development. At present, the threshold of oil processing industry is low, the competition among enterprises is fierce, and the price of edible oil is low recently, the oil processing industry is depressed and the situation is grim. In the process of exhibition, we are faced with the bottlenecks of few varieties, low grade, new products, new technology research and development capacity, lack of self-research and research personnel, mainly relying on price to occupy the market. It needs further study to promote the economic benefit of enterprises and promote the development of local economy with high added value of agricultural products. This paper discusses the situation and bottleneck faced by Kanglong Oil Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. in the course of its development, the basic situation of the enterprise, the scale and characteristics of its operation, and uses the method of enterprise strategic management to analyze the development of the company. SWOT analysis was carried out to find out the problems existing in the development of enterprises, and the orientation, objectives, key points and safeguards for the development strategy of Kanglong Oil Company were put forward. Talent management strategy, strengthen enterprise organization and management, optimize enterprise financing channels, increase enterprise competitiveness, promote enterprise economic benefits and promote local economic development.
