基于钻石模型的中国水产品出口竞争力分析——以福建省为例

【摘要】：水产品与蔬菜、水果作为中国3大主要出口农产品,在中国农产品贸易中占有举足轻重的地位。本文以福建省作为水产品出口竞争力的研究对象,首先对福建省水产品出口状况进行了统计描述。接着,以迈克尔·波特的钻石模型理论为基础,利用国际市场占有率初步分析了福建省在国际水产品市场的地位,随后测算福建省和5个水产品出口大国的水产品出口显示性比较优势指数、显示性竞争优势指数两个指标进一步对福建省水产品出口竞争力进行比较分析。在此基础上,运用钻石模型分析了影响出口竞争力的因素,发现生产要素的质量、国内需求的大小以及是否具有前瞻性、相关及支持产业的完善程度、企业战略的制定与变化、同业竞争的情况是影响水产品出口竞争力的主要因素,而与之相关的机遇和政府作用也有一定的影响力,最后提出提高福建省水产品出口竞争力的相关政策建议。
[Abstract]:Aquatic products, vegetables and fruits, as the three main export agricultural products of China, play an important role in China's agricultural trade. This paper takes Fujian Province as the object of study on the export competitiveness of aquatic products. Firstly, the export status of aquatic products in Fujian Province is statistically described. Then, based on Michael Porter's diamond model theory, the paper analyzes the status of Fujian Province in the international aquatic products market by using the international market share. Then the index of comparative advantage of aquatic product export in Fujian Province and the five major exporting countries of aquatic products were calculated and the two indexes of the index of showing competitive advantage were used to compare and analyze the export competitiveness of aquatic products in Fujian Province. On this basis, the paper analyzes the factors influencing export competitiveness by using diamond model, and finds out that the quality of production factors, the size of domestic demand and whether they are forward-looking, the degree of perfection of related and supporting industries, the formulation and change of enterprise strategy. The situation of interbank competition is the main factor affecting the export competitiveness of aquatic products, and the opportunity and the role of the government also have some influence. Finally, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to improve the export competitiveness of aquatic products in Fujian Province.
