中国台湾地区现代农业发展经验及启示

【摘要】：经过几十年的发展,中国台湾地区已全面进入现代农业发展阶段,总结其发展经验对推动中国大陆农业现代化具有重要意义。本文首先回顾了台湾地区现代农业转型发展历程及经验,研究发现,台湾地区通过两次农地改革及一系列制度创新,成功实现了农业现代化转型,而且具有深化农地改革、构建高效的农业管理制度体系、优化产业结构、发展精品农业等方面的成功经验。最后,提出了中国大陆应加快农地流转,扶持农民合作组织发展,走市场、品牌、生态农业之路,健全农业标准化体系等方面的启示,以加快农业现代化进程。
[Abstract]:After decades of development, Taiwan area of China has entered the stage of modern agricultural development, and summing up its development experience is of great significance to promote agricultural modernization in mainland China. This paper first reviews the history and experience of the modern agricultural transformation in Taiwan, and finds that the transformation of agricultural modernization in Taiwan has been successfully realized through two agricultural land reforms and a series of institutional innovations, and has deepened the reform of agricultural land. The successful experience of constructing an efficient agricultural management system, optimizing the industrial structure and developing fine agriculture. Finally, the paper puts forward the enlightenment of mainland China in speeding up the agricultural land circulation, supporting the development of farmers' cooperative organizations, taking the road of market, brand, ecological agriculture and perfecting the agricultural standardization system in order to speed up the process of agricultural modernization.
