社会性小农:小农经济发展的社会基

【摘要】：由于农作参差期、土地细碎化和农作环节的关联性,小农生产关系呈现出强烈的社会性。社会性小农是小农经济运行的真实主体,其在不同环境条件下以不同的方式合理配置资源和有效安排生产,从而尽可能克服小农家庭生产的局限性。社会性小农的弹性意味着不仅可以降低村社生产体系的治理成本,而且可以有效对接社会化生产服务体系,为资本、技术等要素与土地的结合创造条件。社会性小农奠定了小农经济持续发展和适应性变迁的基础,维持了小农经济的稳定性。
[Abstract]:The relationship between small-scale peasants'production shows a strong sociality because of the different periods of farming, the fragmentation of land and the correlation of farming links. The social small-scale peasants are the real subject of small-scale peasants' economic operation. They rationally allocate resources and effectively arrange production in different ways under different environmental conditions, so as to overcome the limitations of small-scale peasant household production as far as possible. The elasticity of social small-scale peasants means that they can not only reduce the management cost of the production system of the village, but also effectively connect the social production service system and create conditions for the combination of capital, technology and land. Social small-scale peasants lay the foundation for the sustainable development and adaptive change of the small-scale peasant economy, and maintain the stability of the small-scale peasant economy.
