山西生鲜农产品敏捷物流影响因素分析与研究
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the 21st century, the demand for agricultural products in our country and even abroad is increasing day by day, and the competition of agricultural products market tends to become more intense. If we want to meet the demand of large scale consumers for different agricultural products and realize the agile logistics of agricultural products, Rapid response is key. Shanxi is a province with large agricultural products output in China. Because of the immature logistics of agricultural products and the limitations of Shanxi's topography, most agricultural products are finally faced with the dilemma of "staying indoors". So that the cause of agricultural products which should promote the economic development of Shanxi has become a bottleneck restricting the development of Shanxi. Therefore, it is imperative to realize agility logistics of agricultural products. Taking fresh agricultural products as an example, due to the perishable and difficult to preserve the characteristics of fresh agricultural products, let the agile logistics of fresh agricultural products become the key to solve the problem of fresh agricultural products logistics, in order to achieve the agile logistics of fresh agricultural products, It is the key to analyze the influencing factors of agile logistics. The deep analysis of the influencing factors of agile logistics can not only supplement the relevant theoretical system of agile logistics, but also help enterprises to make corresponding adjustment strategies according to different influencing factors. To further enhance the enterprise fresh agricultural products logistics response speed, so as to grasp the first opportunity in the entire agricultural product market competition. This paper takes the major fresh agricultural products service enterprises in Shanxi as the research object, analyzes the current agile logistics system of fresh agricultural products in Shanxi in detail, through the analysis of the existing agile logistics system, Combined with some scholars' research on the influence factors of agile logistics rapid response, the index system of the influencing factors of Shanxi fresh agricultural products agile logistics is constructed. Then through the design of the questionnaire, and the major fresh agricultural products service enterprises employees randomly distributed questionnaires, collect relevant data, the collected data for standardized processing, Then using SPSS21.0 to make factor analysis on 168 data of 14 indexes collected, finally, the factors influencing the development of agile logistics of fresh agricultural products in Shanxi are the consumer demand and the construction efficiency of transportation link, respectively. Information transmission efficiency and strategic selection of partners and robustness of transport links. Based on the above analysis, it is concluded that in order to realize the agile logistics of fresh agricultural products in Shanxi Province, we must grasp the needs of consumers in time, improve the efficiency of constructing the whole transportation link, and make full use of the Internet to enhance the efficiency of information transmission. Also build good and stable cooperation with partners. The paper puts forward substantive suggestions and opinions on how to realize the agile logistics of fresh agricultural products in Shanxi Province, and puts forward a robust agile logistics system for fresh agricultural products of Shanxi Province through the construction of secondary links. The cost optimization function based on MILP is constructed, which provides some opinions on how to realize the cost optimization under the condition of increasing robustness. Finally, by taking a representative J agricultural product service enterprise in Shanxi province as an example of fruit transportation, through practical case analysis, the research thought of theory guiding practice is realized.
