呼和浩特市土地利用与生态环境的耦合关系研究

【摘要】:土地利用和生态环境彼此不独立,是两个开放互动的系统。在这个彼此制约的复杂系统中,人是主体,人类的生产生活起主导作用,这就要求人类清楚的认识到在开发利用土地的过程中可能产生的影响,所以要坚持合理的、可持续的开发利用原则,其目的是达到一种社会经济效益和生态环境效益齐头并进的双赢模式。在此背景下,呼和浩特市土地利用和生态环境的正确分析对呼和浩特市经济发展有重要的意义。本文在可持续发展理论、人地协调、生态经济理论和系统工程理论的支撑下,将呼和浩特市作为研究区域,其研究目的为呼和浩特市土地利用和生态环境的耦合关系,梳理国内外关于土地利用和生态环境相互关系文献的基础上,总结和借鉴了有关土地利用和生态环境耦合关系的研究方法,并且就研究区域的实际情况构建了本文的土地利用和生态环境耦合关系的评价指标及评价模型。本文以呼和浩特市2006-2015年土地利用和生态环境数据进行了定量和定性的分析,并且在实证研究的结果下提出了相应的对策建议。本文研究结果表明:(1)采用灰色关联方法得出土地利用系统中的土地利用结构、土地利用程度和土地利用效益与生态环境的关联度是不一样的,其中土地利用结构与生态环境的关联度最高,为0.784;土地利用程度与生态环境的关联度次之,为0.782;土地利用效益与生态环境的关联度比以上两者稍弱,为0.678。同理,生态环境中生态涵养能力、生态环境压力和环境治理水平与土地利用的关联度也是不一样的,其中生态涵养能力与土地利用的关联度最高,为0.788;环境治理水平与土地利用的关联度次之,为0.764;生态环境压力与土地利用的关联度比以上两者稍弱,为0.706。(2)灰色关联耦合评价模型得出呼和浩特市2006年-2015年十年间土地利用与生态环境系统的综合耦合度,为0.7528。(3)采用熵权法对土地利用系统和生态环境系统中各个指标赋权重,应用耦合评价模型分别得出2006年-2015年呼和浩特市土地利用综合指数和生态环境综合指数,从而得出呼和浩特市2006年-2015年十年间土地利用与生态环境系统的耦合度。(4)由耦合模型得出的土地利用综合指数可以看出呼和浩特市土地利用总体情况良好,指数比较稳定。耦合发展度是衡量呼和浩特市土地利用与生态环境是否协调发展的重要依据。运用土地利用与生态环境耦合度及耦合发展度模型,可以得出自2006年到现在,呼和浩特市土地利用与生态环境的耦合度波动不大,而且一直处于良好耦合状态。而耦合发展度和耦合度趋势相同。从综合评价结果来看,呼和浩特市土地利用与生态环境基本耦合,发展态势良好,说明在经济发展过程中,土地利用和生态环境的关系处理得当,既合理利用了土地,也注重了环境的保护。
[Abstract]:Land use and ecological environment are not independent of each other and are two open and interactive systems. In this complex system of mutual restriction, man is the main body, and the production and life of human beings play a leading role. This requires that human beings have a clear understanding of the possible impact in the process of land development and utilization, so we should insist on a reasonable one. The principle of sustainable development and utilization aims to achieve a win-win pattern in which social and economic benefits and ecological and environmental benefits go hand in hand. In this context, the correct analysis of land use and ecological environment in Hohhot is of great significance to the economic development of Hohhot. Supported by the theory of sustainable development, the coordination of man and land, the theory of ecological economy and the theory of system engineering, this paper takes Hohhot as the research area, the purpose of which is the coupling relationship between land use and ecological environment in Hohhot. On the basis of combing the literature on the relationship between land use and ecological environment at home and abroad, this paper summarizes and draws lessons from the research methods of the coupling relationship between land use and ecological environment. The evaluation index and evaluation model of the coupling relationship between land use and ecological environment are constructed according to the actual situation of the study area. Based on the data of land use and ecological environment from 2006 to 2015 in Hohhot, this paper makes a quantitative and qualitative analysis, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions based on the results of empirical research. The results of this paper are as follows: (1) the grey correlation method is used to obtain the land use structure, the degree of land use and the correlation degree between land use benefit and ecological environment in the land use system. The correlation degree between land use structure and ecological environment is the highest (0.784), the correlation degree between land use degree and ecological environment is 0.782.The correlation degree between land use benefit and ecological environment is weaker than that between the above two, which is 0.678. Similarly, ecological conservation capacity, environmental pressure and environmental governance level are different from land use in ecological environment, and ecological conservation ability has the highest correlation degree with land use. The correlation degree between environmental governance level and land use was 0.788, and the correlation degree between ecological environmental pressure and land use was slightly weaker than that of the above two. It is 0.706. (2) Grey correlation coupling evaluation model is used to obtain the comprehensive coupling degree of land use and ecological environment system between 2006 and 2015 in Hohhot city, which is 0.7528. (3) Entropy method is used to assign weight to each index in land use system and ecological environment system. According to the coupled evaluation model, the land use comprehensive index and ecological environment comprehensive index of Hohhot city from 2006 to 2015 are obtained respectively. Therefore, the coupling degree between land use and ecological environment system in Hohhot City from 2006 to 2015 is obtained. (4) the comprehensive land use index obtained from the coupling model can be seen that the overall situation of land use in Hohhot City is good and the index is relatively stable. The degree of coupling development is an important basis for the coordinated development of land use and ecological environment in Hohhot. By using the model of coupling degree and development of land use and ecological environment, it can be concluded that the coupling degree between land use and ecological environment in Hohhot city has been in a good coupling state since 2006 to now. The trend of coupling development degree and coupling degree is the same. From the comprehensive evaluation results, the basic coupling of land use and ecological environment in Hohhot City, the development situation is good, which shows that in the process of economic development, the relationship between land use and ecological environment is properly handled, both rational use of land, Also pay attention to the protection of the environment.
