【摘要】：本文的研究对象是新疆生产建设兵团第一师团场职工多元增收。本文以相关观念和有关职工收入的国内外研究现状和相关理论为基础,综合应用文献研究法、问卷调查法、系统分析法,研究了团场职工收入状况,对影响职工增收要素运用了多元回归和利费负担分析法，最后，引入黑龙江垦区农业措施对职工增收的启示，总结得出了促使第一师团场职工增收的相关措施。首先,介绍了关于兵团职工增收的研究背景、意义和目的，指出了国内外关于职工增收的研究现状，界定了新疆生产建设兵团、团场职工及职工增收的相关概念,明确了团场职工收入构成的内涵。其次,设计了调查问卷，进行了实地调查，用相关数据进行了团场经济及职工收支现状分析。主要从团场第一、二、三产业的发展及不足来分析团场经济；团场职工收入运用了历史动态分析法，，分析了团场职工主要收入与支出结构。再次，通过多元回归的计量方法、利费负担的实证分析方法对影响团场职工收入的要素进行分析，得出了影响团场职工收入的因子,即影响团场职工收入的强弱排序的农业投入相关指标,表明减轻职工利费负担、优化农业产业结构、调整农产品价格政策，加大农业投入能更快地增加职工收入,为职工增收奠定坚实的物质基础。最后,根据团场经济发展现状和不足及职工收支现状特征，以及相关分析结果，又通过分析黑龙江垦区经验启示，提出增加团场职工收入的对策。
[Abstract]:The research object of this paper is the multiple income increase of the workers of the first Division of Xinjiang production and Construction Corps. Based on the related concepts and the current research situation and related theories at home and abroad, this paper studies the income status of the workers and staff in the farm by comprehensive application of literature research method, questionnaire survey method and systematic analysis method. This paper applies the multiple regression and the analysis of interest, fee and burden to the factors affecting the income increase of the workers and staff. Finally, it introduces the agricultural measures of Heilongjiang Reclamation area to increase the income of the workers and staff, and summarizes the relevant measures to promote the increase of the income of the staff and workers of the first Division League Farm. First of all, it introduces the background, significance and purpose of the research on the income increase of the staff and workers of the Corps, points out the current research situation of increasing the income of the workers at home and abroad, and defines the related concepts of the Xinjiang production and Construction Corps, the staff and workers of the regiment and the staff and workers' income increase. The connotation of income composition of staff and workers is clarified. Secondly, the questionnaire is designed, the field investigation is carried out, and the current situation of the economy and income and expenditure of the staff and workers are analyzed with the relevant data. This paper analyzes the economy of the first, second and third industries, and analyzes the main income and expenditure structure of the staff and workers in the farm by using the historical dynamic analysis method. Thirdly, through the measurement method of multiple regression and the empirical analysis method of interest and fee burden, we analyze the factors that affect the income of the staff and workers, and get the factors that affect the income of the workers and staff in the farm. That is, the related indicators of agricultural input, which affect the income of the workers and staff members, show that reducing the burden of interest and fees, optimizing the agricultural industrial structure, adjusting the price policy of agricultural products, and increasing agricultural input can increase the income of workers and staff more quickly. For the staff and workers to increase income laid a solid material foundation. Finally, according to the characteristics of the economic development and income and expenditure of the workers and staff, and the related analysis results, and through the analysis of the experience of Heilongjiang Reclamation area, the paper puts forward the countermeasures to increase the income of the workers and staff in the farm.
