黑龙江粮食型农业产业化龙头企业发展制约因素研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's agriculture has been growing, and agricultural industrialization has gradually become the core of agricultural development, leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization have gradually become the main driving force of agricultural industrialization development. As a big province of agricultural development, Heilongjiang Province is one of the main grain producing areas and main marketing areas in China. The total grain output ranks first in the whole country for three years in a row, and the grain cultivated area and per capita ownership in the province rank first in the whole country. With the development of the grain industry in Heilongjiang Province, the leading enterprises of the grain type agriculture industrialization, as the backbone of the grain industry development in Heilongjiang Province, should give full play to its leading role. In order to improve the market competitiveness, retain the leading position and pursue the maximization of interests, and so on, we need to improve and upgrade better, so as to promote the further increase of grain production in the province and to promote the development of the grain industry in the province. To promote the process of agricultural industrialization in the province to make contributions. Based on the theory of "company reengineering" and the theory of restraint, this paper mainly analyzes the restricting factors of the development of the key leading enterprises of grain type agriculture industrialization in Heilongjiang Province. The theory of supply chain management and some basic theories of leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization have qualitatively analyzed the internal and external constraints faced by grain type leading enterprises in their development. By using principal component analysis (PCA) method, the internal restrictive factors of 12 key leading enterprises of grain type agricultural industrialization in the province are quantitatively analyzed, and the internal restrictive factors which mainly affect the development of leading enterprises are found out. Taking the Beidahuang Rice Industry Group of Heilongjiang Province as an example, the influence of the main internal constraints in the quantitative analysis on its development was studied. Finally, according to the analysis results, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
