济南市建设用地节约集约利用评价研究
[Abstract]:Land resources are the basis of urban development, and their scarcity and non-renewable characteristics make land resources more and more valuable in the process of urban development. With the rapid development of urbanization in China, the contradiction between supply and demand of urban construction land has become increasingly prominent. The development of the city must abandon the blind expansion, avoid the development of "spreading big cake", but take the new way of urbanization and economize the intensive use of land. This paper summarizes the related concepts of intensive utilization evaluation of construction land conservation, summarizes the theories related to the evaluation of intensive utilization of land saving, and summarizes the theories, techniques, methods and models of the evaluation of intensive utilization of urban land conservation. In the part of case analysis, the paper takes the construction land of the whole administrative region and the central urban area of Jinan as the research object, and carries on the evaluation research on the intensive utilization of the construction land in the region and the central city. This paper calculates the potential of land use scale based on the present situation in the area of moderate and low utilization in the evaluation of central urban area. The evaluation of regional land use status is a macroscopic evaluation, and the evaluation of central urban land use situation is a meso-angle evaluation. This paper constructs the evaluation index system of intensive utilization of construction land in Jinan and central urban areas, and uses the method of qualitative analysis and quantitative evaluation to study the situation of intensive utilization of construction land in Jinan. There are many methods to evaluate the intensive utilization of construction land, but each has its own advantages and disadvantages. Based on GIS and RS technology, this paper deals with complex and large spatial and non-spatial data, ensures the accuracy and timeliness of data, and improves the efficiency of data processing. In order to improve the accuracy of the research, this paper synthetically uses various evaluation methods or models, and combines the multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method with the fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the intensive utilization of regional construction land. Multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method and neural network evaluation method are used to evaluate the intensive utilization of construction land in central urban area. The results show that there are some problems in Jinan construction land use, such as low land use efficiency, idle land and chaotic land structure. Jinan has more land stock, construction land scale potential. Finally, in view of the problems existing in the process of construction land use in Jinan City, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the intensive utilization of land saving, which provides certain reference significance for tapping the potential of the stock land.
