新型城镇化背景下土地集约利用ACO-SVM评价

【摘要】:本文通过对以城市土地集约利用理论、支持向量机理论和蚁群算法理论作为理论指导,并结合当前我国新型城镇化建设背景,运用定性与定量分析、规范研究与实证研究相结合的研究方法,对我国新型城镇化建设中土地集约利用问题进行实证研究,并在此基础上根据我国各地区的城市土地集约利用现状,提出了提升土地集约利用水平,并对提高新型城镇化建设质量提出对策与意见。第一章作为全文的研究综述,详细的梳理了国内外关于土地集约利用以及新型城镇化建设中土地集约利用评价的研究现状,并通过对现有土地集约利用研究理论的不足,进而引出本文论文的研究观点,并以结构图的形式介绍了本文针对我国在新型城镇化建设中的土地集约利用评价方法。第二章主要阐述了新型城镇化建设中城市土地集约利用评价所涉及的基础理论,分别论述了新型城镇化、土地集约利用以及新型城镇化建设中土地集约利用的特点以及城市土地集约利用的的不同发展方向;从狭义、广义和综合定义层面明确新型城镇建设中城市土地集约利用的基本内涵;通过对新型城镇化建设中城市土地集约利用影响因素的分析为后文建立城市土地集约利用评价指标体系做铺垫,最后通过对传统分析传统评价方法的总结分析,引出本文将要采用的蚁群优化支持向量机评价方法。第三章主要介绍了支持向量机理论和蚁群算法理论的基本原理,并通过对支持向量机这种新型学习方法的不足的研究,探讨了通过蚁群算法的全局搜索特性来优化支持向量机的参数选择问题,并创建了蚁群算法优化支持向量机评价模型。第四章作为全篇重点,着重对新型城镇化建设中的土地集约利用评价指标体系的建立进行研究,依据建立评价指标体系的基本原则,国内外学者对土地集约利用的研究动态,并结合新型城镇化建设的指导思想,详尽搜集我国各省份近2000个有效指标数据,并对初选指标集数据进行定量分析进而筛选冗余指标,建立了全新的符合我国新型城镇化建设思想的城市土地集约利用指标体系;运用ACO-SVM编程对已建立的城市土地集约利用评价指标体系进行评价,得到了我国三十一个省级行政区的土地集约利用水平相对位次,并根据预测值与真实值的比较分析,总结出基于蚁群优化支持向量机的城市土地集约利用评价方法得到了理想的评价结果;最后对我国土地集约利用分地区进行的讨论,并提出了相应的建议与对策。第五章是在前文分析的基础上,总结本篇论文的研究成果与不足。
[Abstract]:Under the guidance of urban land intensive utilization theory, support vector machine theory and ant colony algorithm theory, combined with the background of new urbanization construction in China, this paper applies qualitative and quantitative analysis. Combining normative research with empirical research, this paper makes an empirical study on the problem of intensive land use in the construction of new urbanization in China, and on this basis, according to the current situation of urban land intensive use in various regions of China, The paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for improving the quality of new urbanization construction by raising the level of intensive land use. The first chapter as the full text of the research summary, in detail combing the domestic and foreign land intensive use and new urbanization construction in the land intensive use evaluation research status quo, and through the existing theory of intensive land use of the lack of research. Furthermore, this paper draws the research point of view of this paper, and introduces the evaluation method of intensive land use in the construction of new urbanization in this paper in the form of structure chart. The second chapter mainly expounds the basic theories involved in the evaluation of urban land intensive utilization in the construction of new urbanization, and discusses the new urbanization respectively. The characteristics of intensive use of land and the different development directions of intensive use of urban land in the construction of new urbanization. The basic connotation of intensive use of urban land in the construction of new cities and towns is clarified at the level of broad and comprehensive definition. Through the analysis of the influencing factors of urban land intensive utilization in the construction of new urbanization, the paper establishes the evaluation index system of urban land intensive utilization, and finally summarizes and analyzes the traditional evaluation methods of urban land intensive utilization. The evaluation method of ant colony optimization support vector machine is introduced in this paper. In chapter 3, the basic principles of support vector machine and ant colony algorithm are introduced, and the deficiency of support vector machine as a new learning method is studied. The parameter selection of support vector machine (SVM) is optimized by the global search of ant colony algorithm (ACA), and the evaluation model of SVM based on ant colony algorithm (ACA) is established. The fourth chapter, as the focus of the whole article, focuses on the establishment of the evaluation index system of land intensive use in the construction of new urbanization. According to the basic principles of establishing the evaluation index system, the domestic and foreign scholars' research trends of intensive land use. Combined with the guiding ideology of new urbanization construction, this paper collects nearly 2000 effective index data in every province of our country in detail, and carries on the quantitative analysis to the primary election index set data to screen the redundant index. A new index system of intensive utilization of urban land is established in accordance with the new idea of urbanization in China, and the evaluation index system of intensive utilization of urban land is evaluated by using ACO-SVM programming. The relative order of intensive land use in 31 provincial administrative regions of China is obtained, and according to the comparison between the predicted value and the real value, The evaluation method of intensive utilization of urban land based on ant colony optimization support vector machine is summarized. Finally, the paper discusses the sub-areas of intensive land use in China, and puts forward the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures. The fifth chapter summarizes the research results and shortcomings of this paper on the basis of the previous analysis.
