GP公司发展战略研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, China has carried out a series of measures in favor of agriculture, such as land circulation and confirmation of rights, agricultural supply-side reform, cultivation of new kinetic energy for rural development, development of various forms of moderate scale management policies, and overall improvement of the quality of agricultural products and the level of food safety. For the development of agricultural enterprises to provide a good opportunity and foundation. However, the agricultural enterprises in our country are faced with the problems of single product category, low quality, small enterprise scale, insufficient technology and talent reserve and short life cycle. The reason is the lack of a clear enterprise development strategy. GP Company is a well-known domestic private enterprise with a history of more than 30 years of high-end watermelon planting. With the continuous expansion of the scale of operation, GP Company needs to understand and plan the development strategy of agricultural enterprises. Lack of clear strategic objectives has become a constraint to the sustained and rapid development of enterprises. This paper combines the strategic environment analysis and internal environment analysis of GP Company, using PEST, Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and SWOT analysis tools, and using Porter's five-force competitive model, defines the problems and challenges of GP company's development strategy. This paper establishes the principles of the development strategy choice and the optional development strategy of GP Company, and makes a comprehensive analysis of the strategy of the GP Company. According to the development strategy vision and goal of GP Company, this paper selects the strategic development direction of GP Company by using AHP, formulates the strategy and implementation plan of GP Company, and puts forward clear strategic guarantee measures to ensure the effectiveness of strategy implementation.
