贵州省农村居民膳食消费与营养状况分析

【摘要】:食物消费作为我们最基本的消费行为,直接影响人们对营养的吸收,而食物消费水平的高低与营养健康状况则是反映一个国家经济水平和生活质量的一个重要指标。贵州地处我国西部,农业发展落后,受自然因素影响较大,农村居民膳食消费和营养状况有一定的局限性和特殊性,因此,有必要对其进行专门的系统研究。论文首先描述分析了中国居民食物与营养发展纲要的要求和意义所在。立足于现实数据,分别从恩格尔系数、食物消费支出、食物消费结构和营养状况几个方面回顾了贵州省农村居民膳食消费与营养状况的发展情况。可以发现,贵州省农村居民膳食消费与营养状况还不合理。主要表现为:消费结构不合理,消费层次偏低,城乡差距大和营养来源比较单一,以植物性食物消费为主,能量、蛋白质的摄入量还达不到营养摄入目标等方面。造成贵州省农村居民膳食消费与营养不合理的因素是多方面的,论文主要从经济因素、政策因素、社会因素和其他因素等四个方面进行分析。借助Stata软件建立回归模型,用最小二乘法(OLS)进行回归,对影响因素中的收入因子进行分析。另外,借助于Eviews软件建立时序回归模型,对未来的膳食消费与营养的发展趋势进行预测。针对于贵州省农村居民膳食消费与营养状况出现问题的原因,总结研究结论,从营养改善对人自身的发展、经济进步和社会可持续发展的影响出发,为改善农村居民膳食消费现状和营养状况提出可靠的政策建议,为国家经济发展和全面建设小康社会提供人力资源保障。
[Abstract]:Food consumption, as our most basic consumption behavior, directly affects people's absorption of nutrition, and the level of food consumption and nutritional health is an important indicator of a country's economic level and quality of life. Guizhou is located in the west of our country, the agricultural development is backward, the influence of natural factors is great, the rural residents' dietary consumption and nutritional status have certain limitations and particularities, so it is necessary to carry on the special systematic research to it. The paper first describes and analyzes the requirements and significance of the food and nutrition development program of Chinese residents. Based on the actual data, the development of dietary consumption and nutritional status of rural residents in Guizhou Province was reviewed from Engel's coefficient, food consumption expenditure, food consumption structure and nutritional status. It can be found that the dietary consumption and nutritional status of rural residents in Guizhou Province are not reasonable. The main manifestations are: unreasonable consumption structure, low consumption level, large gap between urban and rural areas, relatively single source of nutrition, mainly plant food consumption, energy, protein intake and so on. There are many factors that cause unreasonable dietary consumption and nutrition of rural residents in Guizhou Province. This paper mainly analyzes four aspects: economic factors, policy factors, social factors and other factors. With the help of Stata software, the regression model is established, and the least square (OLS) is used to analyze the income factors. In addition, the time series regression model was established with the help of Eviews software to predict the development trend of dietary consumption and nutrition in the future. In view of the causes of the problems in the dietary consumption and nutritional status of rural residents in Guizhou province, the conclusion of the research is summarized, which is based on the impact of nutrition improvement on the development of human beings, economic progress and social sustainable development. In order to improve the status of dietary consumption and nutrition of rural residents, the paper puts forward reliable policy suggestions, and provides human resources guarantee for the national economic development and the construction of a well-off society in an all-round way.
