江西省草鱼养殖现状分析
[Abstract]:With the development of our society and the improvement of people's living standard, aquatic products account for more and more of people's daily food consumption. Aquatic products as a common food materials have received extensive attention. In addition to live fish sales, but also involving fish food processing. Grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idellus) is the largest breed of freshwater fish in China, and the total consumption is relatively large. However, compared with the market demand, the current grass carp farming industry still has such objective problems as scattered production, unstable quality, low quantity and low price, imperfect industrial chain and so on, which seriously limits the sustainable development of the industry. Based on the above background, this paper takes grass carp in Jiangxi Province as the research object, summarizes and analyzes the history and present situation of grass carp culture, analyzes the existing problems and possible causes, and gives some suggestions for the following sustainable development. This paper mainly discusses the following problems: first, from the macro scale, related technology, industrial development, industrial chain and other aspects of grass carp farming history and current situation in Jiangxi Province; Secondly, based on the present situation, the problems existing in the process of grass carp culture in Jiangxi Province are combed, and the possible causes of the problems are analyzed. The macro performance of the problem is expounded, and the deep causes are discussed, and the possible further harm is forecasted. The third is to provide advice for the development of grass carp culture in Jiangxi province by combining relevant theories and expert interview results. The aim is to provide reference for the following related strategy formulation. It is found that the fish species collocation and cost of grass carp culture in Jiangxi Province have some advantages, and the products of grass carp have the advantage of export and the trend of export growth. At the same time, it is found that there are three problems in the current stage of grass carp culture in Jiangxi Province, such as cost control, industrial organization form and technical matching. In the process of specific research, this paper thinks that increasing the scale of aquaculture and increasing the yield per unit area can help to improve the yield. Constructing the management system at the government level and the enterprise level will help to improve the efficiency of cost management. Stimulating the formation of intensive enterprises, enriching and perfecting the relevant industrial chains, and expanding the business model of small and medium-sized enterprises are helpful to the renewal and scientific development of organizational forms. In the three aspects of renewing feed system, renewing management mode and updating fish seed collocation, it is helpful to form more effective industrial technology system in the process of specific breeding. The research in this paper can provide some practical reference and guidance for the development of grass carp farming in Jiangxi Province and other provinces.
