厦门市粮食购销有限责任公司发展战略研究

【摘要】：粮食问题关系国计民生,是社会稳定和经济发展的基础。在我们这样一个人均耕地和水资源不足、农业生产基础薄弱、拥有13多亿人口的大国,建立完善的粮食储备制度,做好储备粮管理工作,对保障国家粮食安全、实施粮食宏观调控、平衡粮食供应、确保社会稳定、促进经济持续发展具有非常重大的意义。本文选择承担厦门市地方储备粮运营管理职能的厦门市粮食购销有限责任公司(以下简称公司)为研究对象。本文首先概述了公司发展战略研究的背景和意义,阐述了企业战略管理理论的发展历程、企业战略主要分析工具以及国内外粮食购销企业相关研究动态和成果,提出了论文研究思路及逻辑框架;其次介绍了公司的基本概况、组织架构、业务构成及主要经济指标,运用PEST法分析了公司所处行业的政治法律、经济、社会文化和技术等宏观环境,阐述了储备粮管理行业的行业状况和公司所处区域的市场情况,通过资源分析法分析公司自身具有的仓储资源、人力资源、技术资源、信誉资源和企业文化资源等内部环境;再次运用SWOT理论分析公司自身存在的优势和劣势、外部面临的机会和威胁,并组合为增长型、扭转型、多元化和防御型等四种战略备选方案,通过定量战略规划矩阵QSPM分析法选择确定符合公司实际、有利于公司长远发展的增长型战略;最后提出了与公司增长型战略相匹配的公司愿景、公司使命、公司发展战略指导思想和发展目标,并制订确保公司发展战略顺利实施的经营管理策略和具体保障措施,以确保公司发展战略得以落地、实现预期目标。公司的发展战略研究,可为众多销区型国有粮食购销企业提供一个战略发展范例,具有一定的现实意义和指导意义。
[Abstract]:Food issue concerns national economy and people's livelihood, is the foundation of social stability and economic development. In such a big country as China, which has insufficient arable land and water resources per capita, a weak agricultural production base and a population of more than 1.3 billion, the establishment of a sound grain reserve system and the proper management of grain reserves will ensure national food security. It is of great significance to implement macro-control of grain, to balance grain supply, to ensure social stability and to promote sustainable economic development. In this paper, Xiamen Grain purchase and Marketing Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the company), which is responsible for the operation and management of local grain reserves in Xiamen, is chosen as the research object. This paper first summarizes the background and significance of the research on the development strategy of the company, expounds the development course of the enterprise strategic management theory, the main analysis tools of the enterprise strategy, and the related research trends and achievements of the grain purchasing and marketing enterprises at home and abroad. Put forward the research idea and logical frame of the thesis; Secondly, it introduces the basic situation, organization structure, business structure and main economic indicators of the company, and analyzes the macro environment of the company's industry, such as politics, law, economy, social culture and technology by using PEST method. This paper expounds the industry situation of grain reserve management industry and the market situation of the region in which the company is located, and analyzes the internal environment of the company's own storage resources, human resources, technical resources, reputation resources and corporate culture resources through the analysis of resources analysis. Thirdly, we use SWOT theory to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the company itself, the opportunities and threats that the company faces outside, and combine them into four strategic options: growth, twist, diversification and defense. Through quantitative strategic planning matrix QSPM analysis method to determine the company's actual conditions, conducive to the long-term development of the company's growth strategy; Finally, the paper puts forward the company vision, mission, guiding ideology and development goal of the company development strategy, and formulates the management strategy and specific safeguard measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the company development strategy, and puts forward the company vision, the mission, the development strategy guiding ideology and the development goal of the company that matches the growth strategy of the company. To ensure that the company's development strategy landing, achieve the desired objectives. The research on the development strategy of the company can provide a model of strategic development for many state-owned grain purchasing and marketing enterprises with regional distribution, which has certain practical significance and guiding significance.
