河北省枣加工业发展对策研究

【摘要】：农产品加工业是国家经济发展的基础产业,是解决三农问题的坚实后顿,对农民增收、农业发展、农村建设有极大的促进作用。对于枣加工来说,枣加工业的发展对枣产业的结构升级大有益处,对枣产品的附加值增加以及消费者的满意度的提高有很大的促进作用。河北省长期以来堪称产枣大省,产量在全国居于首位,河北省借助自身地域、规模、政策等多方面优势,必定会成为全国的枣产品重要供给地区,同时扩大枣产品市场,所以,枣加工业面临极速发展的局势;河北省京津冀一体化协同发展战略的建立是枣加工业发展的有效支撑力量,在推动京津冀地区协同发展的大背景下,河北省枣加工业应借助政策优势,确定适宜的长远发展规划,进而释放河北省枣产品的市场潜力,以高品质的枣产品长期供给京津冀地区乃至全国的消费市场。本文首先对枣加工业环境进行分析,包括贸易环境、产业政策、产业布局、市场前景等,进一步分析河北省枣加工业的发展现状、存在的问题,进而运用CD生产函数模型对枣加工业的劳动、资本、技术进步等影响因素进行分析,找出制约河北省枣加工业快速发展的影响因素,通过Eviews软件进行实证分析,得出目前资金、技术仍是枣加工业发展的最重要限制因素,最后找到适合河北省枣加工业发展的有效途径,为河北省枣加工业的全面发展提供理论和实际参考。立足于中国整体来说,中国枣加工业的优势在于中国枣产品具有有利的传统特征,并且将在以后的一段时期内具有长远发展的潜力,而且中国枣加工业有栽培、加工和经营的实际经验做基础,同时深刻发现了诸多不足之处。这主要因为中国枣栽培和加工均拥有良好的品种优势、国际枣出口贸易地理优势和内涵丰富的枣文化的传承,加之中国枣加工企业经在长期的生产、加工以及国际贸易中总结出了因地制宜的加工经营方式,从而为中国枣加工业提供了有利条件。枣加工产品可以充分发挥枣的营养保健价值,实现人们的情感和希望的表达,同时带动枣农的经济收入增加,进而推进枣产业向健康、高效的方向发展。因此,为抓住京津冀协同发展战略的发展契机,河北省必须要完善生产经营体系建设,实现现代加工产业化。本文采用CD生产函数对河北省枣加工业生产过程中的资金、劳动力、技术等进行了分析;采用关联分析法分析了市场、产品质量、食品安全、原料供给因素与枣加工企业发展的密切程度。最后得出了资金、市场、原料、质量是与当前河北省枣加工业发展最紧密的,因此加强河北省枣加工业品牌建设,完善加工业制度,提高加工业食品安全水平和市场认可度,释放枣加工业增长潜力和促进河北省枣加工业全面发展。
[Abstract]:Agricultural products processing industry is the basic industry of national economic development and a solid hindstone to solve the problems of agriculture, rural areas and farmers, which can greatly promote farmers' income, agricultural development and rural construction. For jujube processing, the development of jujube processing industry is beneficial to the structural upgrading of jujube industry, to the increase of added value of jujube products and to the improvement of consumer satisfaction. Hebei Province has long been a jujube producing province with the highest output in the country. With the help of its own advantages of region, scale and policy, Hebei will surely become an important supply area for jujube products throughout the country, and at the same time expand the jujube product market, so, Jujube processing industry is facing the situation of extremely rapid development; The establishment of the coordinated development strategy of Hebei Province's Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration is an effective supporting force for the development of the jujube processing industry. Under the background of promoting the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, Hebei's jujube processing industry should rely on its policy advantages. In order to release the market potential of jujube products in Hebei Province, the suitable long-term development plan should be determined, and the high quality jujube products will be supplied to the consumption market of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei and even the whole country for a long time. This paper first analyzes the environment of jujube processing industry, including trade environment, industrial policy, industrial layout, market prospect, and further analyzes the present situation and existing problems of jujube processing industry in Hebei Province. Then using the CD production function model to analyze the influence factors of the jujube processing industry, such as labor, capital, technological progress and so on, find out the influence factors that restrict the rapid development of the jujube processing industry in Hebei Province, through the Eviews software to carry on the empirical analysis, draw the present capital. Technology is still the most important limiting factor in the development of jujube processing industry. Finally, an effective way for the development of jujube processing industry in Hebei Province is found, which provides a theoretical and practical reference for the overall development of jujube processing industry in Hebei Province. Based on China as a whole, the advantage of the Chinese jujube processing industry lies in the fact that the Chinese jujube products have favorable traditional characteristics and will have long-term development potential in the future, and that the Chinese jujube processing industry has cultivation. The practical experience of processing and management is the foundation, at the same time has found many deficiencies deeply at the same time. This is mainly due to the good variety advantages of Chinese jujube cultivation and processing, the geographical advantage of international jujube export trade and the inheritance of jujube culture with rich connotations, and the long-term production of Chinese jujube processing enterprises. Processing and international trade summed up the processing and management mode according to local conditions, thus providing favorable conditions for Chinese jujube processing industry. Jujube processing products can give full play to the nutritional and health value of jujube, realize the expression of people's emotion and hope, at the same time, promote the economic income of jujube farmers to increase, and then promote the development of jujube industry in the direction of health and efficiency. Therefore, in order to grasp the development opportunity of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei coordinated development strategy, Hebei Province must perfect the construction of production and management system and realize the industrialization of modern processing. This paper analyzes the fund, labor force and technology of jujube processing industry in Hebei Province by using CD production function. Correlation analysis was used to analyze the close relationship between the market, product quality, food safety, raw material supply and the development of jujube processing enterprises. Finally, it is concluded that the funds, markets, raw materials and quality are the most closely related to the development of the current jujube processing industry in Hebei Province. Therefore, we should strengthen the brand building of the jujube processing industry in Hebei Province, perfect the processing industry system, and improve the food safety level and market acceptance in the processing industry. Release the growth potential of jujube processing industry and promote the comprehensive development of jujube processing industry in Hebei Province.
