新常态下晋城市农业科技创新体系构建研究
[Abstract]:Under the new normal condition of agriculture, promoting the construction of agricultural science and technology innovation system in Jincheng city can improve the present situation of agriculture in Jincheng city and promote the development of agriculture in Jincheng city. The agricultural science and technology innovation system refers to a complex and dynamic benign circulatory system that converts the agricultural science and technology innovation achievements of the main body of agricultural science and technology innovation into actual productive forces, which can realize the effective combination of agriculture before, during and after production. Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy, and the development of agriculture is directly related to the national economy and people's livelihood, while the development of agriculture in Jincheng is one of the important paths for the transformation of local economic development. After Jincheng agriculture enters into the new normal, the new normal provides a historic opportunity for the transformation of coal mines and the development of agriculture in Jincheng, which urgently needs the innovation and extension of agricultural science and technology to support the development of agriculture. Based on this, this paper combines the agricultural development of Jincheng city with the agricultural science and technology innovation system, and explores the new mode of "government promotion, scientific research institutions and agricultural universities leading, agricultural enterprises operation", which takes agricultural science and technology innovation as the carrier. To solve the above-mentioned problems in the process of agricultural development in Jincheng City. From the angle of view of science and technology and society, based on the basic theory of philosophy and the actual situation of agriculture in Shanxi Province, this paper studies the construction of innovation system of agricultural science and technology in Jincheng city under the new normal state. First of all, from the concept, the connotation, basic characteristics and composition of agricultural science and technology innovation system are analyzed in detail. Secondly, combining with ancient Chinese agricultural philosophy, modern system theory and Laplace's hard core theory, this paper makes a theoretical analysis of agricultural science and technology innovation system which can promote the development of agriculture. Then combining the natural conditions of agricultural development, economic and social conditions with the development requirements of agricultural science and technology innovation system, this paper analyzes the present situation, existing problems and feasibility of construction of agricultural science and technology innovation system in Jincheng city. Finally, according to the agricultural thought of "harmony of nature and man" in ancient China, we establish the cognition of ecological values of agricultural science and technology innovation system, and return the traditional agricultural paradigm rationally, so as to break through the hard core of agricultural science and technology innovation. Positioning the main body of agricultural innovation accurately, upgrading the cognitive dimension, technical dimension, institutional dimension and dissemination dimension, constructing a multi-directional and multi-level agricultural science and technology innovation system to promote the agricultural development of Jincheng city.
