我国林业生态经济的内涵演进、发展路径与实践模式探究

【摘要】：统筹推进"五位一体"总体布局和协调推进"四个全面"战略布局,需要贯穿落实"五大"发展理念,建设生态文明。林业在生态文明建设中具有主体性、基础性和先导性的作用,在林业建设的基础上,发展林业生态经济正在成为当前我国实现绿色发展的重要内容和基本路径。文章对近30年来国内外关于林业生态经济内涵的概念阐述进行了全面梳理,系统揭示了林业生态经济的演进规律,从劳动力、资本、自然资源及国家对于林业科技的投入等影响林业生态经济发展的因素出发,全面总结出6种发展模式,在模式比较的基础上,进一步阐释了促进我国林业生态经济发展的建设性意见。
[Abstract]:To carry out the overall layout of "five in one" as a whole and to promote "four comprehensive" strategic layout in coordination, it is necessary to carry out the concept of "five big" development and build ecological civilization. Forestry plays an important role in the construction of ecological civilization. On the basis of forestry construction, the development of forestry ecological economy is becoming an important content and basic path to realize green development in our country. In this paper, the concept of forestry ecological economy at home and abroad in the past 30 years has been comprehensively expounded, and the evolution law of forestry ecological economy has been revealed systematically from the labor force and capital. Starting from the factors that affect the development of forestry ecological economy, such as natural resources and the investment of the state in forestry science and technology, six development models are summed up in an all-round way, and on the basis of the comparison of the models, Further explained the constructive suggestions to promote the development of forestry ecological economy in China.
