罗非鱼产业短信服务系统的研究与开发

【摘要】:罗非鱼是联合国粮农组织极力推荐养殖的优良鱼种,养殖范围覆盖100多个国家和地区,已成为世界性的养殖鱼类,2008年经农业部、财政部批准创建国家罗非鱼产业技术体系,以加强科研与生产的结合。产业经济数据主要包括罗非鱼养殖品种、产量、产品销售价格等,是体系内一项必不可少的基础研究,是衡量体系发展的重要指标,对罗非鱼养殖户而言,是进行生产、贸易的重要参考,数据信息的及时获取关乎渔民经济效益的高低,进而影响渔民的养殖生产积极性,因此,产业数据的采集工作和数据信息的共享现状将间接关系到罗非鱼产业的可持续发展,需引起高度重视。但目前,数据采集工作均由体系内工作人员走访于各跟踪点调研记录后完成,罗非鱼产业技术体系内试验渔场遍布全国各地,导致数据采集工作任务繁重,耗费时间长,无法保证数据的准确性、实时性,且渔场多分布于偏僻的农村或山区,因上网条件或操作能力的限制,养殖户无法通过网络直接上传数据;除此之外,其他罗非鱼从业人员目前仍缺乏一种及时获取真实可靠的产业经济信息的有效途径,常常因不能正确估计行情讯息盲目调整养殖规模造成不必要的经济损失。因此,为解决产业经济数据采集过程中耗时、费力的难题,实现更好的整合上报数据的目标,同时为渔民提供方便快捷的获取产业经济信息的方法,本论文设计并开发罗非鱼产业短信服务系统。此系统的设计,旨在真正满足体系需要,使产业数据采集工作方便快捷的进行,同时为养殖户提供真实有效的罗非鱼贸易信息。系统主要包括以下3个功能:各跟踪点、试验站通过发送短信就可实现其所在市场的罗非鱼批发价、零售价、塘口价等产业信息的定期上报;系统将上报内容按不同时间、不同市场以数据库的形式保存,罗非鱼其他从业人员只需简单的发送一条短信就可随时随地查询目标时间、目标市场的相关产业信息,实现数据共享;在基层从事罗非鱼养殖生产的劳动人员工作任务繁重,难免有时忘记定期上报,为此,系统开设定时提醒业务,以短信形式提醒用户上报数据,防止漏报。本文以短消息服务(SMS)为基础技术,以GSM Modem为基础组件,参考短信编码技术、数据库技术、正则表达式等理论基础进行罗非鱼产业短信服务系统的设计、开发与测试。结果显示系统运行稳定,能够按照原先设计输出正确结果,解析短信快速无误,能够对长短信进行正确的拆分和合并,每条短信处理时间大约为15s,大大提高了工作效率,能够满足用户的需求,达到预期目标,应用前景广阔。

In order to strengthen the combination of scientific research and production. Industrial economic data mainly include tilapia breed, output, product sale price and so on. It is an indispensable basic research in the system and an important index to measure the development of the system. For tilapia farmers, it is production. The important reference of trade and the timely acquisition of data and information are related to the economic benefits of fishermen, thus affecting the enthusiasm of fishermen in aquaculture production. The current situation of industrial data collection and data information sharing will be indirectly related to the sustainable development of tilapia industry, which should be attached great importance to. However, at present, the data collection work is completed by the staff of the system after visiting various tracking points, and the test fishing grounds in the technical system of tilapia industry are spread all over the country, resulting in a heavy task of data collection and a long time consuming. Can not guarantee the accuracy of the data, real-time, and the fishing grounds are distributed in remote rural or mountainous areas, because of Internet access conditions or operational capacity constraints, farmers can not directly upload data through the network; In addition, other tilapia practitioners still lack a timely access to real and reliable industrial economic information, often because the market information can not be correctly estimated blindly adjust the scale of farming resulting in unnecessary economic losses. Therefore, in order to solve the time-consuming and laborious problem in the process of industrial economic data collection, to achieve the goal of better integration and reporting of data, and to provide a convenient and quick way for fishermen to obtain industrial economic information, This paper designs and develops a short message service system for tilapia industry. The purpose of this system is to meet the needs of the system, to make the industrial data collection work convenient and fast, and to provide real and effective tilapia trade information for farmers. The system mainly includes the following three functions: each tracking point, the test station through sending short message can realize its market tilapia wholesale price, retail price, Tangkou price and other industry information reported regularly; The system will report the content according to different times, different markets in the form of a database, tilapia other practitioners simply send a message to query the target time at any time, anywhere, the target market related industry information, Realizing data sharing; The labors engaged in tilapia production at the basic level have a heavy work task and sometimes forget to report regularly. Therefore, the system has set up a regular reminding service to remind users of the data in the form of short messages and to prevent them from failing to report. In this paper, the design, development and test of Tilapia industry short message service system are carried out on the basis of short message service (SMS), GSM Modem as basic component, reference to short message coding technology, database technology, regular expression and so on. The results show that the system runs stably, can output correct results according to the original design, can analyze the short message quickly and correctly, and can split and merge the long message correctly. The processing time of each short message is about 15 s, which greatly improves the working efficiency. Can meet the needs of users, achieve the desired goals, the application of broad prospects.
