永安市青年农民创业倾向影响因素的实证研究

【摘要】：随着社会的进步和科技的发展,创业热不断升温,创业也成为促进充分就业’的有效的方式之一,从国内市场和国外市场的创业风潮和实践经验来看,在资源利用以及资本收益方面,创业能够发挥出不错的促进效果。中国是一个农业大国,农村居民很多,且农民普遍缺乏专业技能,缺乏专业的生产技能,由此能够就业的方向也很小,在这样的情况下,农民的人均收入较低且难以提升,很难能通过自己的努力成功转行。对此,为提升农民人均收入,便进行了农民创业这一有利的生产经营活动尝试。在现今农村青年就业难、收入增收难的现状下,推动新一代年轻农民积极创业显然能促进农村经济的发展与转型,从而使现状向有利的方向改变。文中,笔者综合了调查资料、定性定量分析两种研究方法展开关于青年农民创业的探究,首先参考了永安市农村青年的创业环境与社会现状,从中得出该市农民创业的几个特点,以及先进面临的干扰因素,在这样的前提下思考解决机制,从而提出了一套系统性的科学合理的扶持政策,用于改善农村青年的创业环境,在这样针对性的政策支持下促进农村青年更好的创业。
[Abstract]:With the progress of society and the development of science and technology, the enthusiasm for entrepreneurship has been heating up, and entrepreneurship has become one of the effective ways to promote full employment. From the perspective of the entrepreneurial trend and practical experience in the domestic and foreign markets, In the use of resources and capital gains, entrepreneurship can play a good role in promoting. China is a large agricultural country, with a large number of rural residents, and farmers generally lack professional skills and professional production skills, thus the direction of employment is very small. In such cases, the per capita income of farmers is low and difficult to increase. It is difficult to succeed in changing careers through one's own efforts. Therefore, in order to raise the per capita income of farmers, the beneficial production and management activities of farmers' entrepreneurship are attempted. Under the present situation of difficult employment and income increase in rural areas, it is obvious that promoting the new generation of young peasants to start a business actively can promote the development and transformation of rural economy and change the present situation in a favorable direction. In this paper, the author synthesizes the investigation data, qualitative and quantitative analysis two kinds of research methods to carry out the exploration about the young farmers' entrepreneurship, first of all, it refers to the rural youth's entrepreneurial environment and the social present situation of Yongan city. Some characteristics of farmers' entrepreneurship in the city, as well as the interference factors faced by the advanced farmers, are drawn from it. Under this premise, we think about the solution mechanism, and then put forward a set of systematic, scientific and reasonable support policies to improve the entrepreneurial environment of rural youth. In such targeted policy support to promote better rural youth entrepreneurship.
