辽宁省稻鸭共作循环经济模式发展研究

【摘要】:作为一种先进的农业生产模式,稻鸭共作循环经济模式对辽宁地区水稻生产具有重要意义。稻鸭共作种植模式在提高经济效益,增加农民收入的同时,也转变了农民传统的种植观念,开启了农民科学种植、科学养殖的新方向,使我国农业向可持续发展道路更迈进了一步。稻鸭共作产出的优质稻米与鸭肉,符合绿色食品安全标准,对于当前倡导食品安全的今天,其意义不言而喻。论文以循环经济、生态农业、稻鸭共作技术等理论为研究基础,分析了辽宁省稻鸭共作循环经济模式发展现状,从经济效益、生态效益、社会效益三方面分析了辽宁地区稻鸭共作循环经济模式示范区的效益,指出了辽宁省稻鸭共作循环经济模式所存在的问题,进而有针对性地提出了促进辽宁省稻鸭共作循环经济模式发展的对策建议。目前辽宁地区已有部分农户开始尝试采用稻鸭共作循环经济模式进行水稻种植,但并未大面积推广。从示范区效益来看,稻鸭共作循环经济模式与常规种植相比,可以提高水稻产量、降低养鸭成本,确保养鸭增收、增加农民收入,具有良好的经济效益;稻鸭共作循环经济模式较常规种植模式,其抗病虫害性、抗杂草性更强,肥田效应更高,也可以改善水稻的生长状况,生态效益良好;与常规种植相比,稻鸭共作循环经济模式下生产的水稻品种更好,也有利于农业调整种植结构及农村剩余劳动力就业,有利于改变农民观念和提高农民素质,具有较好的社会效益。稻鸭共作循环经济模式在具有较高的社会、经济、生态效益的同时,也存在稻鸭共作技术不完善,定位不明确、农民整体文化素质较低,稻鸭共作技术推广能力低、生产规模较小,无法达到产业化程度、稻鸭共作技术基础研究滞后,生产实践缺乏技术理论支撑、稻鸭共作保障体系不健全、稻鸭共作技术所依赖的自然资源条件恶化等问题。建立绿色水稻生产基地、加强农业技能培训,提高农民文化素质水平、加强稻鸭共作技术产业化开发、完善稻鸭共作生产技术体系、加强稻鸭共作技术推广服务、健全相关法律法规,加强生态农业环境保护与治理势在必行。
[Abstract]:As an advanced agricultural production model, rice-duck co-cropping circular economy model is of great significance to rice production in Liaoning province. The pattern of rice-duck co-cropping has not only improved economic benefits and increased farmers' income, but also changed farmers' traditional concept of planting and opened a new direction of scientific cultivation and cultivation of farmers. Make our country agriculture to the road of sustainable development more stride forward. The high quality rice and duck meat produced by rice and duck meet the standard of green food safety, which is self-evident for advocating food safety today. Based on the theories of circular economy, ecological agriculture and rice-duck co-cropping technology, this paper analyzes the current situation of the development of rice-duck co-cropping circular economy in Liaoning Province, and analyzes the economic and ecological benefits. In this paper, the efficiency of rice-duck co-cropping circular economy model in Liaoning Province is analyzed from three aspects of social benefit, and the problems of rice-duck co-cropping circular economy model in Liaoning Province are pointed out. The countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of rice-duck circular economy in Liaoning Province were put forward. At present, some farmers in Liaoning province have tried to use rice-duck circular economy model to plant rice, but it has not been popularized in a large area. According to the efficiency of demonstration area, compared with conventional planting, the model of rice-duck co-cropping cycle economy can increase rice yield, reduce the cost of duck raising, ensure the increase of duck income and increase the income of farmers, which has good economic benefits. Compared with the conventional planting model, the rice-duck co-cropping cycle economy model has stronger resistance to diseases and pests, stronger weed resistance and higher fertility effect. It can also improve the growth status of rice and has good ecological benefits. Compared with conventional cultivation, rice varieties produced under rice-duck co-cropping circular economy model are better, and it is also beneficial to agricultural adjustment of planting structure and employment of rural surplus labor force, to change farmers' concept and improve farmers' quality. It has better social benefit. The model of rice-duck co-cropping circular economy has higher social, economic and ecological benefits. At the same time, there are also some problems, such as imperfect technology, unclear positioning, low overall cultural quality of farmers and low extension ability of rice-duck co-cropping technology. The scale of production is small and cannot reach the level of industrialization, the basic research of rice-duck co-cropping technology lags behind, the production practice lacks the technical theoretical support, the guarantee system of rice-duck co-cropping is not perfect, and the natural resource conditions on which the rice-duck co-cropping technology depends are deteriorated. To establish green rice production base, to strengthen agricultural skill training, to improve farmers' cultural quality, to strengthen the industrialization development of rice-duck co-cropping technology, to perfect the rice-duck co-cropping technology system, and to strengthen the technical extension service of rice-duck co-cropping. Perfect relevant laws and regulations, strengthen ecological agriculture environment protection and management imperative.
