贵州农业信息化建设研究
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and society, information technology has been developed rapidly all over the world, and gradually formed an industry-information technology industry. Information technology industry can be widely used in various industries, with its attributes to promote the development of various industries, agriculture is also so. According to Marx's theory of productive forces, "purposeful activities or labor itself", "labor materials" and "labor objects" are the three most basic elements of productive forces in the labor process. And the use of science and technology and other factors will achieve the effect of improving productivity. As a kind of science and technology, the application of informatization in agriculture can promote the development of agriculture, increase farmers' income and develop rural economy. However, there are still some problems in the construction of agricultural informatization in Guizhou, such as the low cultural quality of farmers, the low utilization rate of agricultural informatization machinery, and the lack of effective development of agricultural information resources. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the present situation of agricultural information construction in Guizhou and put forward effective optimization policies. Based on Marx's productivity theory and Cobb-Douglas production function, this paper, after reading a large number of documents focusing on agricultural informatization and comprehensively analyzing the development of agricultural informatization at home and abroad, This paper analyzes the present situation of agricultural information construction in Guizhou from four aspects: the construction of information network infrastructure, the construction of information service system, the construction of information service extension channels, and the construction of electronic marketing platform for agricultural products. After the theoretical analysis of the present situation of agricultural informatization construction in Guizhou province, the agricultural informatization level in Guizhou from 2003 to 2015 is calculated in detail. Since there is currently no authoritative method for measuring the level of agricultural informatization in an all-round way in China, on the basis of analyzing and using for reference the methods of measuring the level of agricultural informatization by scholars at home and abroad, In this paper, Polat method is chosen to measure the information level of the first information department and the second information department of agriculture in Guizhou respectively, and the total information level of the agricultural information department of Guizhou is obtained by adding the total information. As a result, the level of agricultural informatization in Guizhou is measured, and the result shows that the level of agricultural informatization in Guizhou is constantly improving from 2003 to 2015. The purpose of agricultural informatization construction is to improve agricultural productivity and farmers' income. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the impact of agricultural informatization construction on agricultural economy in recent years in order to evaluate the achievements of agricultural informatization construction in Guizhou in an all-round way. Therefore, based on the calculated level of agricultural informatization construction in Guizhou, the evaluation model of agricultural informatization benefit is established by using Cobb-Douglas production function, and the influence of agricultural informatization construction on agricultural output is measured. Finally, based on the analysis results, the problems existing in the construction of agricultural informatization in Guizhou are found, and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
