以合作社为中介的农产品流通模式研究

【摘要】：中国自古以来就是分散的小农经济。“小生产与大市场”是中国的农产品市场的真实写照,基于这一现实并通过查阅相关资料可以发现,中国农产品流通市场还存在诸多问题,比如:流通成本高、流通环节繁多、信息不对称、农产品耗损率高以及流通主体之间违约现象的存在等,这些都是中国农产品流通效率不高的原因。由发达国家的经验可知,农民合作社参与农产品流通模式,能够提高农民收益,降低流通成本,减少违约的发生,提高流通效率。因此,论文试图利用协调博弈的相关理论对农产品流通模式进行研究。全文核心内容分为四部分。第一部分为理论研究。从流通理论、信息不完全理论、交易费用理论以及协调博弈理论出发探讨农民合作社加入农产品流通领域的理论依据。第二部分简要介绍了以合作社为中介的四种农产品流通模式及其存在的问题,详细对比了农民合作社加入流通领域前后整个流通模式的变化,以及这种变化带给农户、合作社以及消费者的好处,进而指出发展农民合作社有利于缓解“小生产”与“大市场”的矛盾。第三部分用协调博弈理论分析了农户之间相互协调合作的动力机制,并对农户合作收益进行了简要的分析,指出当农户预期合作带来的整体收益大于竞争收益,且能够得到公平合理分配时,合作即可能产生。最后指出农户协调失败的原因,为最后一部分政策的提出做铺垫。第四部分介绍了美、日、荷等发达国家基于合作社的一些成功模式,为中国以后发展以合作社为中介的农产品流通模式提供经验借鉴,在此基础上提出了在中国建设更加合理有效的以合作社为中介的农产品流通模式的一些治理措施。
[Abstract]:China has been a scattered peasant economy since ancient times. "small production and large market" is a true portrayal of China's agricultural product market. Based on this reality and consulting relevant data, we can find that there are still many problems in the circulation market of Chinese agricultural products, such as: high circulation cost and various circulation links. The asymmetry of information, the high consumption rate of agricultural products and the existence of breach of contract between the main body of circulation are all the reasons for the low efficiency of circulation of agricultural products in China. According to the experience of developed countries, farmers' cooperative participation in agricultural product circulation mode can improve farmers' income, reduce circulation cost, reduce the occurrence of default, and improve circulation efficiency. Therefore, this paper attempts to use the coordination game theory to study the circulation mode of agricultural products. The core content of this paper is divided into four parts. The first part is theoretical research. From the circulation theory, the incomplete information theory, the transaction cost theory and the coordination game theory, this paper discusses the theoretical basis for the farmer cooperative to join the circulation field of agricultural products. The second part briefly introduces the four modes of circulation of agricultural products mediated by cooperatives and their existing problems, and compares in detail the changes of the whole circulation mode before and after the peasants' cooperatives join the circulation field, and the changes brought to farmers by this change. The benefits of cooperatives and consumers are also pointed out, and it is pointed out that the development of peasant cooperatives is helpful to ease the contradiction between "small production" and "big market". The third part uses the coordination game theory to analyze the motive mechanism of farmers' mutual coordination and cooperation, and makes a brief analysis of the farmers' cooperation benefits, pointing out that when the farmers expect to cooperate with each other, the overall benefits will be greater than the competitive benefits. And can get fair and reasonable distribution, cooperation may arise. Finally, it points out the reasons for the failure of farmers' coordination, and lays the groundwork for the last part of the policy to be put forward. The fourth part introduces some successful models of cooperatives in developed countries such as the United States, Japan and the Netherlands, which provides experience for the future development of cooperative-mediated agricultural products circulation model in China. On this basis, some management measures are put forward to build a more reasonable and effective circulation mode of agricultural products with cooperatives as intermediary in China.
