蓝色牧场空间布局影响因素及其合理度评价——以浙江省为例

【摘要】:本文基于生产资源、技术经济条件手段和环境条件等多个维度选取影响因素构建蓝色牧场空间布局合理度评价模型,对浙江省七大蓝色牧场空间布局合理度进行测算并比较。结果表明,象山港、渔山列岛与马鞍列岛蓝色牧场空间布局合理度属于较合理等级,而东极岛、南麂列岛、洋鞍—猫头洋以及大陈岛蓝色牧场空间布局合理度则属于基本合理等级;各蓝色牧场空间布局合理度上的差异性主要受到海域承载力、可接近性及海洋初级生产力的影响。根据研究结论,结合浙江省蓝色牧场建设实际,从加强基础设施建设、提高海域承载力及海洋初级生产力等角度出发,提出了有针对性的对策建议。
[Abstract]:Based on the factors such as production resources, technical and economic conditions and environmental conditions, this paper constructs an evaluation model of spatial distribution rationality of blue ranch, and calculates and compares the spatial distribution rationality of seven big blue rangelands in Zhejiang province. The results show that the spatial distribution of blue rangelands in Xiangshan Port, Yushan Islands and Ma on Islands belongs to a reasonable level, while Dongji Island and Nanji Island, The spatial layout rationality of saddle-owl ocean and Dachen Island blue ranch belongs to the basic reasonable level; The difference of spatial distribution of each blue ranch is mainly influenced by the bearing capacity, accessibility and primary productivity of the ocean. According to the research conclusion, combined with the actual construction of blue ranch in Zhejiang Province, from the angles of strengthening infrastructure construction, enhancing sea area carrying capacity and marine primary productivity, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
