基于行业用地分类的集约用地理论模式体系研究

【摘要】:土地集约利用模式研究是土地节约集约利用理论研究的重要组成部分,合理、科学、集约的土地利用模式对于优化区域产业布局、提高产业用地效率,促进社会经济可持续发展具有重要意义。自20世纪90年代以来,土地集约利用及相关研究就一直作为学术界研究的重点,并在理论与应用方面取得了诸多成果,但目前,就集约用地模式研究而言,仍缺乏一个相对完善的理论体系,缺乏一个可切实指导不同行业集约化利用的模式体系。针对集约用地模式研究中的些许不足,本文以国民经济行业为切入点,对集约用地模式体系进行系统而深入地研究,研究主要包括四个方面:(1)集约用地模式、模式体系的内涵研究:根据已有文献资料和土地集约利用的内涵,明确集约用地模式内涵,由此,以国民经济行业为基础,划定集约用地模式所适用的行业用地分类体系,明确基于行业分类的集约用地模式体系。(2)集约用地理论模式体系构建研究:以土地利用的空间、时间、功能为模式体系研究的切入点,通过模式编码、模式组合、可行性判别,进行理论模式库的构建。(3)不同行业用地的理论模式可应用性研究:根据模式组合的可行性判别结果和行业可应用模式判别结果,分析得到不同行业所适用的理论组合模式,以及近期可重点推广应用的模式。(4)集约用地模式管理与推广研究:选用C#语言、Visio Studio进行界面的二次开发,按照用户需求,进行集约用地模式管理体系的架构设计和系统实现,并进一步探讨集约用地模式的推广应用。通过对集约用地模式的理论探讨和行业的应用性分析,得到以下结论:(1)集约用地模式具有其理论体系,即理论维度下的13个子项模式、135种理论可组合模式,共同构成集约用地理论模式库;(2)理论模式体系在不同行业中具有一定的可应用性和可推广性,不同行业可以找到其可匹配的理论模式;(3)集约用地模式管理系统可初步满足用户快速地选择、查询不同行业可适用的集约用地模式。
[Abstract]:The study of intensive land use mode is an important part of the theoretical research of land saving and intensive use. Rational, scientific and intensive land use mode is useful to optimize the regional industrial layout and improve the efficiency of industrial land use. It is of great significance to promote the sustainable development of social economy. Since the 1990s, intensive land use and related research has been the focus of academic research, and has achieved many achievements in theory and application, but at present, as far as the intensive land use model is concerned, the research on intensive land use has been the focus of academic research, and has made many achievements in theory and application. There is still a lack of a relatively perfect theoretical system and a model system that can effectively guide the intensive utilization of different industries. Aiming at some deficiencies in the study of intensive land use model, this paper makes a systematic and in-depth study on the system of intensive land use model based on the national economic industry. The research mainly includes four aspects: (1) intensive land use model, Research on the connotation of the model system: according to the existing literature and the connotation of intensive land use, the connotation of the intensive land use mode is defined, and then, based on the national economy industry, the classification system of the industry land used for the intensive land use pattern is delineated. (2) constructing the theoretical model system of intensive land use: taking the space, time and function of land use as the starting point of the model system research, through pattern coding, pattern combination, (3) Research on the applicability of the theoretical model of land use in different industries: according to the feasibility of the combination of the models and the results of the application of the industry model, the research on the feasibility of the land use in different industries is carried out, and the results of the application of the model are analyzed. The theoretical combination models applied in different industries and the models which can be extended and applied in the near future are analyzed. (4) the management and promotion of intensive land use mode: the second development of interface is carried out by using C # language, Visio Studio, according to the user's needs. The structure design and system realization of the management system of intensive land use model are carried out, and the popularization and application of intensive land use model are further discussed. Through the theoretical discussion of intensive land use model and the application analysis of the industry, the following conclusions are drawn: (1) the intensive land use model has its theoretical system, that is, 13 sub-item models under the theoretical dimension, 135 theoretical combinable models, and the following conclusions are drawn: (1) the intensive land use model has its theoretical system. Together to form a library of intensive land-use theory patterns; (2) the theoretical model system has a certain degree of applicability and extension in different industries, and different industries can find its matching theoretical model; (3) the management system of intensive land use mode can satisfy the user's quick choice and inquire about the applicable intensive land use mode of different industries.
