日本都市农业建设情况及对上海的启示

【摘要】：日本的都市农业是伴随着其经济迅速增长和城市化的过快发展而产生的,同时也是经济政策和税制制度的必然结果,是资本主义竞争经济的产物。本文作者通过实地考察,对日本都市农业的形成、现状、特征、功能,存在的问题以及对策进行了系统的阐述,与上海都市农业进行了简要的对比分析,在此基础上提出了上海加快都市农业发展的建议。
[Abstract]:The urban agriculture of Japan is produced with the rapid economic growth and the rapid development of urbanization, at the same time, it is also the inevitable result of economic policy and tax system, and it is the product of capitalist competitive economy. Through field investigation, the author systematically expounds the formation, present situation, characteristics, functions, existing problems and countermeasures of urban agriculture in Japan, and makes a brief comparative analysis with Shanghai urban agriculture. On this basis, some suggestions for speeding up the development of urban agriculture in Shanghai are put forward.
