涞源县中药材种植业问题研究

【摘要】：中药材种植业是最具中国特色的传统产业之一。近年来,随着中医药的发展,中药材的种植产业逐渐壮大。涞源县是河北省主要的中药材产区之一,在河北省涞源县,中药材种类多,质量上乘,产量居河北省首位。最近数年内,由于受到国家政策引导,涞源县加速中药材种植业发展,在经济效益和社会效益方面呈现出了较强的上升趋势。然而,仍有许多制约涞源县中药材种植业发展的因素,全方位、立体化地分析这些制约因素,提出具有可操作性、有针对性的措施将可以更有利促进涞源县中药材种植业在很长一段时期内绿色化、科学化、可持续地发展。本文从当地中药材的特有资源状况,整体种植总量增多,各区域内种植实践模式,行业发展状况、行业政策等方面切入阐述,概述这一行业的整体状况。举例介绍当地中药材种植业典型发展模式,详细分析了涞源县中药材的种植、采收、加工、流通和国内外市场情况;通过分析涞源县在种植方法、种植资源和质量标准、整体规划、中药材品牌和龙头企业、产业布局和合作情况以及深加工能力等方面存在的问题,找出这些问题存在的原因,主要是由于土地集中程度低,政府引导推动力不强,科技支撑力不足,农村生产者水平低,种植投入少,流通环节等原因造成的。最后在经济、社会、环境可持续发展的思路指导下,从政府、企业、药农三方出发,提出了促进涞源县中药材种植业健康发展的整体思路。进一步从统筹布局,资金、科技、人才投入、市场升级等方面进行了阐述,提出集中土地资源,建立优质中药材种植基地,严控质量标准;统筹规划,科学布局,加大引导扶持力度;加大科技创新,建立高产优质高效的生产模式;提高药农文化水平,打造专业队伍;增加投入,推动中药材产业化,提升加工效益;拓展销售市场,升级市场等级的发展建议。
[Abstract]:The planting of Chinese medicinal materials is one of the most traditional industries with Chinese characteristics. In recent years, with the development of traditional Chinese medicine, the planting industry of traditional Chinese medicine is gradually growing. Laiyuan County is one of the main producing areas of Chinese medicinal materials in Hebei Province. In Laiyuan County, Hebei Province, there are many kinds of Chinese medicinal materials, the quality is excellent, and the output ranks first in Hebei Province. In recent years, due to the guidance of national policy, Laiyuan County has accelerated the development of Chinese medicinal materials planting industry, showing a strong upward trend in economic and social benefits. However, there are still many factors restricting the development of traditional Chinese medicine planting in Laiyuan County, which are analyzed in an omni-directional and three-dimensional way, and put forward that they are operable. Targeted measures will be more beneficial to promote the green, scientific and sustainable development of traditional Chinese medicine planting in Laiyuan County for a long time. This paper expounds the unique resources of local Chinese medicinal materials, the increase of the total amount of planting, the mode of planting practice in each region, the development of the industry, the policy of the industry and so on, and summarizes the overall situation of the industry. This paper introduces the typical development mode of local Chinese medicinal materials planting industry, and analyzes in detail the planting, harvesting, processing, circulation and domestic and foreign market situation of Chinese medicinal materials in Laiyuan County. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in planting methods, planting resources and quality standards, overall planning, brand and leading enterprises of Chinese medicinal materials, industrial layout and cooperation, as well as the ability of deep processing in Laiyuan County, the causes of these problems are found out. It is mainly caused by the low degree of land concentration, the weak driving force of government guidance, the lack of scientific and technological support, the low level of rural producers, the low investment in planting, the circulation link and so on. Finally, under the guidance of the sustainable development of economy, society and environment, the whole idea of promoting the healthy development of traditional Chinese medicine planting industry in Laiyuan County was put forward from the point of view of the government, enterprises and drug farmers. Further elaborated from the overall layout, funds, science and technology, talent investment, market upgrading and other aspects, put forward the concentration of land resources, the establishment of high-quality Chinese medicinal materials planting base, strict control of quality standards; Overall planning, scientific layout, increase guidance and support; increase scientific and technological innovation, establish a high-yield, high-quality and efficient production model; improve the cultural level of drug farmers, build a professional team; increase investment, promote the industrialization of Chinese medicinal materials, improve processing efficiency; Expand the sales market, upgrade the market level of the development of suggestions.
