通辽市土地规模化经营的效益评价分析

【摘要】：农业对于每个国家来说都是非常重要的基础产业。因此提高一国的农业生产力,对于一个国家能否实现工业化、城市化以及国民经济现代化都有着非常重要的意义。自从1978年我国实行改革开放后,农业是最先进行改革的领域,它实行了家庭联产承包责任制,这一制度有利于农业的发展。但是随着三十多年的发展,对农业发展提出了新的要求,就是要实现土地流转的集中化,进而实现土地规模化经营的道路。但是这条道路并不是一帆风顺的,因为在土地流转中存在巨大的问题。这就需要国家给予更多的扶持,来解决土地流转中的问题,加快我国土地规模化经营前进的步伐。土地规模化经营将必然成为一种发展趋势,农业土地规模化经营不仅仅能产生经济效益、社会效益,还能够产生生态效益。本文将针对通辽市土地流转的情况下,运用层次分析方法分析影响通辽市土地规模经营的优势和障碍因素。本文主要通过分析通辽市土地规模经营效益现阶段的整体概况,以此为依据为以后在通辽市推行大规模土地流转打下坚实的基础,同时能够实现土地规模经营效益向更有利于农民经济利益提高的方面发展,更重要的是有利于社会效益以及生态效益的良好实现。
[Abstract]:Agriculture is a very important basic industry for every country. Therefore, it is of great significance to improve a country's agricultural productivity for whether a country can realize industrialization, urbanization and national economic modernization. Since the reform and opening up in 1978, agriculture is the first field of reform, it has implemented the household contract responsibility system, this system is conducive to the development of agriculture. However, with the development of more than 30 years, a new requirement has been put forward for the development of agriculture, that is, to realize the centralization of land circulation and then to realize the road of large-scale management of land. But the road is not smooth sailing, because there are huge problems in the circulation of land. This requires more support from the state to solve the problems in land circulation and speed up the pace of large-scale land management in our country. Large-scale management of land will inevitably become a development trend. Large-scale management of agricultural land can not only produce economic and social benefits, but also produce ecological benefits. In view of the situation of land circulation in Tongliao City, this paper will use the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to analyze the advantages and obstacles affecting the land scale management in Tongliao City. Based on the analysis of the overall situation of land scale management benefit in Tongliao City at this stage, this paper lays a solid foundation for the implementation of large-scale land circulation in Tongliao City in the future, at the same time, it can realize the development of land scale management benefit to the improvement of farmers' economic interests, and more importantly, it is beneficial to the good realization of social and ecological benefits.
